  1. I can only think he did it for a charity!!!!!!!!!! :P
  2. big man

    Sanchez

He reminds me of the time I played football, we bought a player from Nottingham Forest a guy called Whitefoot, he was rubbish, it began to dawn on us that it was we who were rubbish once we got on to his wave length what a difference, so I would agree with what people are saying on this topic Snachez is made to look bad by what he is surrounded by.

    Imrie gone

I believe that dougie could well become a saint in the future, anyone who can come back from the dead as he did and score the goal of the day must be in the running. Having said that it might be a good tactic to have play dead so nobody sees you as a threat then Bobs your uncle you are in alternately you could have an opponents shirt on under youe own and your in.
  4. Creative !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. We need a creative mid field player, someone who moves about and looks for the ball and uses it, Scholes comes to mind but I don't think we could get him on loan. I just feel that someone needs to do that job, we would then have both title possibilites as well as a good cup run.

    Imrie gone

As I have said before off the field nice young guy, on the field more arrogance than talent.
  7. Barrowman was a 6yd box player once we lost Wilson the supply to him was gone since we never played with proper wide players again.
  8. For a man who has travelled across europe in the last week what a game he had, we should be gratefull he choose to stay with us rather than some russian team. He stood out, although I must admit his competition was almost non existant
  9. Couldn't make the game last night but as regards the Imrie situation I have met him on several occassions outside football and have found him an extremely nice young guy. Maybe its because when asked he will give an answer were some players will avoid conversation or questions. Most footballers have a touch of arragance about them they need to have to excel, but as I have said you couldn't meet a nicer young guy than Imrie.
  10. I remember when Cove played their first game at Fort William, they requested flags to be put in on the halfway line at half time because they hadn't a clue were they where.
  11. What makes you think there is anything to learn from B & M I not seen anything that would inspire me.
  12. The question I would like to ask is "Can we afford to get promoted?" Is it realistic to think we are an SPL side. Unless someone with money to burn is prepared to take on Caley Thistle I don't think we will be able to afford the SPL.
  13. I have been making this point for weeks !!!!!!!!! I always had the feeling that Brewster over did the fitness training but having seen Ross County twice now I believe he seems to have got the balance right. In the past we have overcome lack of fitness with ability we would appear to have lost both.
  14. As I said in another post we should not under estimate the diamonds, against QoS they could have won if they had scored the first goal. As it was the third goal against them was the best Wilson to Wyness goal!!!!!
  15. I was at the Q.0.S v Airdrie game couple of weeks ago, if they had scored first they could have won the game so they will be no pushovers. The team we put out has to be a very mobile one since Airdrie are quick. I wouldn't tinker with the team to much with the exception of Duncan and Imire i would include hayes and MacBain and hope last week was a one off.
  16. INEPT. NOT ONE PLAYER CAME OUT OF THAT GAME WITH ANYTHING LIKE A PERFORMANCE. THEY CAME SECOND OUT OF THREE THE REF BEING THE THIRD. WITH NO DISRESPECT TO LITTLE PEOPLE, IT WAS A SMALL MAN IN A BIG GAME. I AM SURE BUTCHER WOULD HAVE BEEN JUST AS SUPRISED AS ANY OF US AT SUCH A PERFOMANCE. HIS PLAYERS LET HIM DOWN BIG TIME. SOME SPENT THE AFTERNOON CHASING THE REFEREE SOME HAD IT NOT BEEN AN ENCLOSED GROUND WOULD BE STILL RUNNING UP THE A9 WITH THE BALL AT THEIR FEET WONDERING WHAT TO DO NEXT. ITS OVER, PAST, WE JUST HAVE TO GET ON WITH IT AND HOPE IT WAS JUST A BLIP IN WHAT HAS BEEN A MINOR RECOVERY. BUT STILL ENEPT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  17. I would go 3 4 3 esson tokely munro golly Procter Duncan sanchez mcbain imrie rooney foran
  18. Thing about this league is QoS top last week now just above us all is not lost its just a good hard league
  19. Esson Tokely Golly Cox Munro McBain Imrie Foran Rooney Sanchez Hayes Now that would fool most modern teams.
  20. I don't think we are fit enough to play all out attacking football. There must be a balance between Brewsters fitness which left the players kn-----ed on saturdays and Butchers were we don't seem to be able to play a sustained pressure game.
  21. For me Munro, he has had to do the job 2 players in recent games and three at the beginning of the season
  22. My computer informs me that there are some nasties associated with the times page so will not open it.
  23. I hope this will all calm down for a while after last nights win. We are all human and I am pleased Butcher showed emotion albeit a little over the top but he cares just as we do, you spent all week preparing for a game after 30 second all out the window because someone was asleep its enough to make you want to take on a proper job.
