10 Team SPL - Confirmed...
Fans without the rose tinted specs. The Spl attempting to paint a rosy picture. Those immune from relegation (the OF). Mr Bennett's vote.
-
Miller v Rooney
Both players involved in transfer talks and both players haven't scored in their last few league games but which player will increase his valuation the most by going all out for a win over the opposition on Tuesday night.
-
Highland March
United top six may be handy then, Dundee, Kirrie, clova, jocks road,Braemar,Lairig Ghru,Aviemore and North.

Who Is More Important to ICT?
I haven't voted, one is injured and the other is involved in transfer speculation and both along with the rest of the team have got us to where we are now. By looking at the poll it doesn't take long for the fans to turn when someone may be moving on.

Rangers game moved
The SPL dont seem to be very competent, on the 27 th of October 2009, the SPL knew that our away fixture with Rangers would clash with the CIS cup semi final date 30/1/11, The SPL looked down the fixtures list and fitted us in for the 6th March being the first date available after the 30th January. Knowing that our game with Rangers would clash with the CIS cup, also bearing in mind that Rangers have/will have so many games to play and assuming that they may well still be involved in Europa and Scottish cups, why didnt they decide far earlier to bring our game forward to the 18th of January. From the date knowing that our fixture would have to be changed on the 27/10/10, it has taken almost 11 weeks to realize that its possible that Rangers fixture list may become congested and it may be wiser to have the game played on the 18th of January as opposed to 6th of March and give the clubs only 1 weeks notice. SPL, I'm actually feeling embarrassed for you.

lack of home atmosphere
I started watching it but turned of after 5 seconds as no point reliving that day. Why dont you see if you can find any clips where we had to beat Dundee by 4 goals to to possibly go into the top six, I'm sure that game would have been noisy too. If you are referring to the Elgin match atmosphere wise, on paper it expected to be more of a friendly to us and if the south stand holds 2200 then I would say 1800-1900 vocal Elgin fans turned up for their big day. GJaggy you also mention that people wont move to create a proper singing section. I was a firm believer that the people who dont want to make a lot of noise could politely move for the good of the fans and the club, my theory was blown out of the water at the Elgin match as there were so many seats spare in the North stand that the ones that wanted to make some noise could have easily moved to section G and it didnt happen.

ICT say "NO" to leagues of 10.
Where is all of the proposed extra revenue coming from, The Government? Considering cuts in defense, education, hospitals, council staff etc. I dont know where this magic pot of money is coming from. TV revenue?, In these difficult times who is going to have money to spend on sport on TV let alone the extra number of viewers required to make things pay their way, even advertising is getting tight across the board. one word could sum up these elusive promises and that is Setanta. I would assume with in 2 years of 2x 10 team league, the TV broadcasters will turn around and say that this is no longer financially viable. The SPL will then realize that its the fans that support their club through thick and thin and not Television.

ICT say "NO" to leagues of 10.
I would say so, the last one was an opinion poll on suggestions, which wasnt made widely available. This one is a protest against being told we are getting a 10 team league. So I would suggest joining every football forum and leaving a petition link and leaving the petition link in comments in online newspaper articles and show Neil Doncaster the real power of the united fans of Scottish football Perhaps our webmaster would like to pin the link instead of having to find it. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/football/spl-revamp/2011/01/06/scottish-football-revamp-st-mirren-join-spl-rebels-in-call-for-expanded-top-flight-86908-22830684/ Things arent going to well Neil are they.

Any ideas if this has spread to other SPL/SFL forums and any other channels available. Well I hope the local press can squeeze this in the sports section too.

ICT say "NO" to leagues of 10.
To: Scottish Premier League, Scottish Football Association, Scottish Football League, Scottish Parliament The following persons wish to make known their anger at the Scottish Premier League's ("SPL") decision to deny Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC the right to take up their place in the SPL (on 1st June 2004). We would also like to protest against the SPL's management of the Scottish game as a whole, and to call for the Scottish Football Association ("SFA") to take control of the administration of all leagues in Scotland. This, in our opinion, is the only way that the Scottish game can progress Sincerely, The Undersigned I'm sure a genuine one will appear soon, so its a bit silly asking people to sign a petition for the above, not only does it carry no weight it just makes us look stupid.

Thanks Terry & Mo
Just wanted to say thanks The last 2 years have been absolutely great as an ICT fan, we have had the against all odds emotional battle to gain enough points to claw our way back up the SPL, so close, so very close. Life back in the 1 st Division that looked near impossible to climb back out of, with the mighty Dundee steam rolling their way up the league but with finding the best in our current players and adding a few new faces produced a crack unit ready to take on anyone, climbing from a mid table position being a huge 15 points adrift from Dundee to win the 'Caley Thistle Champions ha ha ha ha ha ha ha cup' with 12 points to spare. An unbelievable 13 months undefeated on the road and this season being our most likely for a top six finish. So best of luck to Terry and Mo, to Grande balls at one end of the park,to Grab all the balls at the other end and all the die hards in between.

ICT say "NO" to leagues of 10.
Its strange how the teams with the greatest potential to finish in the top six this season-Hearts,Kilmarnock,ICT and United are the realists in this and have their doubts. Whilst St Johnstone, St Mirren and Aberdeen have so far stated that they are keen on this idea are the ones closest to the edge of the gang plank. Never mind Motherwells slogan Keep cigarettes away from the matches. Ive got a new one Keep drugs away from the directors you bunch of delusioned numpties (with reference to jonny midden and don)
