  1. Yeh but no but yeh but no but I wasnt even there anyway so how am I supposed to know I was miles away and dont even know what your talking about Ask Kelly she'll back me up neither of us know anything ever so there
  2. No Imrie for the next game maybe Ross can come on with Flash Eric
  3. Still gives me nightmares!! As much as i like it, I hate seeing us in under pressure games, as i have not the slightest bit faith that i used to have in the team in pressure games. 3 or 4 years ago and before, id relish cup games, pressure games and so on, as we would take it in our stride and take it on. Now - especially that last game of last season, the quarter final against Falkirk in the scottish cup aswell, we just arent the bravehearts we used to be ever since Brewster, through to Butcher - which i am not really saying is their fault. If it came down to ICT v Dundee in May to win the league, it embaresses me to say id put money on Dundee. Looking at that from a different angle which teams fans would be the most anxious and nervous prior to a game in the Scottish cup if it was ICT v Celtic ? 2 wins out of 3 and only a few minutes away from 3/3
  4. Think Duff is out for the whole season which is a shame.
  5. Can fully understand where you are coming from but you can tell by the feedback that people don't want to give up their seats. One way this could improve is when we have a need for a forth stand I mean a proper one,If all of the noisy fans get together on the quiet see how many of you there are and book up an area all at once after seeing what seats are available don't go public about it though otherwise the same problem occurs with the people who want to be associated with the noisy ones pinch the seats but dont give their voice. As above but all move along a bit in the north stand, see whats available. If you have no fear and theres more than a dozen of you just make your own noise where ever you are. Other grounds give better amplification because the away section is usually deep and narrow and its easy to add to the noise coming from behind.
  6. Not sure which Hayes you mean, I've checked the phone book and there isnt a J Hayes listed. there are, 18 Hayes' in the phone book though, of the 18 I contacted, 5 were out, left a message on 3 answering machines,6 felt fit and well, 2 had a sore back,1 has got ------,and is on antibiotics and the last is off work with receding hair. There were no Hayes residing in Easter Ross, think they must have had the phones cut off. Out of the 6 that felt fit none of them play football so if you could give some more information regarding who this Hayes is that we should get shot of, then I might have a clearer picture of who on earth your talking about.
  7. No point taking any offence over this what so ever, it doesn't really matter about the minority ICT viewers, when former Rangers captain seems to hold more appeal to the general public, What if JR was in the seat instead, former ICT manager or Hearts legend? I'm not trying to defend it, Its just not worth raising the issue. I think if TB had saved us last season and we were currently mid table in the SPL he would be joining Rangers shortly anyway or be elsewhere by now. Thats just the way it is. just like our past managers moving on.
  8. I would say that the Dunfermiline away game was noisier with around 500 fans,(with good chants too), only someone on the pitch could verify that but yes the atmosphere was pretty good but how can you stay silent watching football as good as that. Alba final or league cup decider, I think we all know which game would have the biggest support.
  9. I know we lost but what a great day out, Everything about ICT in the first half was absolutely brilliant if we can play that well for 90 minutes in the league week in week out then we are back in the SPL without a doubt. Thats the best Ive seen ICT play since I cant remember when. Cant wait for round 4 of the Scottish cup. Great football, near full stadium, TV coverage and a good day out. pity about the cup bit but all the players were really good and that lifts my spirits with regards to climbing the league.
  10. The weather in perth is looking pretty good check out the live web cam. http://images.webcams.travel/webcam/1169304797.jpg
  11. http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/ta/...st_weather.html The met office had perth down as Sunday being sunny two days ago. The Queens v pars match has been called off but no point in worrying about our game on Sunday lets just assume its OK for tomorrow.
  12. How easy/difficult would it be to record one of our songs at the match and then use it as a ring-tone,
  13. Cheating,me thinks you would handicap yourself if you tried to add an extra 2 pints to your healthy body,a lot of stress on your vital organs. Try removing your blood separating the plasma and reinjecting.
  14. Me plus 1, I was hoping to get the supporters bus down but feel that ive left it too late to make contact, so will just drive down the A9 instead. Ps anyone willing to put forward a mob no, so that if there are any problems on the A9 it can get relayed back here, ie.'dangerous pot hole, make sure you observe the speed limit' and the location
  15. As the previous posts have mentioned I think Ict are lucky to have this calibre of staff working for them. Just received my 3rd division champions scarf but I blame the post office for that one.
  16. When TBs tie starts to lift, keep the ball down on the ground, with the lighter ball shoot low when the wind picks up as the wind will try and lift the ball as the faster wind passes over the top of the stadium, the wind will more or less be travelling from goal to goal with a few eddies around the stands.
  17. http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/ta/...st_weather.html Met office weather report for Sunday - Sunny, 7 deg, a steady south south westerly ie no veering or backing winds. 16 mph gusting to 37 mph
  18. Dropping out the SPL was a sore point with some.... but apparently it's just one of these things that happens now and again. No one is to blame for it. Hopefully you will see your friend in action on Sunday in the final of the Alba Cup - a very prestigious competition in Scotland. It will be live on Sky channel 168 - in some kind of foreign language, unfortunately. I think it might be Swahili, but I'm not sure. QuickAsOdhiambo if you have any problems understanding the language on Sunday we have a translator on this site who would be happy to be of assistance his name is IHE. I'll give you an example of an earlier translation. Would ya feckin adam and eve it ? An invite to get your bacon and eggs down to the battle cruiser fer some Tommy Tupcker, have a bubble bath and get Brahms and Liszt of yer boat race.
  19. Don't think there are any highlights anywhere, Eric.... It was a fantastic strike - best goal I've seen at TCS for quite some time. What are you doing in England? I'm English. Eric is a great friend so I've been supporting ICT since he joined. I've searched all over the net but haven't been able to find highlights of your games since you dropped out of the SPL. It was a cracking goal, the only way you can see the goals for the time being is to go to the games, although I am led to believe that highlights of the home matches is being looked into, though I'm not sure at what stage this is at, if you want to see ICT in action just look on the website of the away teams, no matter how small the club, as they more than likely have this facility.
  20. I'm not allowed to make a stab at answering this, as then it would then be one of 'lifes great answered questions' Why does the resistivity of copper increase with temperature when carbon has the opposite effect. ha ha.
  21. There seem to be a lot of talk of censorship and bans. I would say that there is a huge range of posters on this site from intellects, young to old, to dafties of the same age range too, so it must be tiresome for intelligent people to have to filter through a lot of drivel to read what interests them but does that give them the right to look down on someones opinion with a lower IQ, just because they have a plethora of knowledge. This is a hub for ICT fans and if I was to vote to limit/censor the young or dafties then I would be censoring myself on the latter. I would like to chuck a few negative minded critical loud mouth individuals out of the home stand but unfortunately I dont have any greater right to be there than them. So is it a case of emphasising 'Not to cause offence to fellow users of this site and to be more aware of the forum rules'. I would like to see this site closed. Now before you start rolling up the sleeves, how about closing this site a week after the end of the season for a few weeks, It would give the people who run this site a timely break, not much will happen over this period anyway and it will remind people not to take this site for granted and to appreciate it a little more.
  22. Hope you change your mind and make the effort to travel down on Sunday. Ive had to wait years for ICT to play in this cup again,(not like County I must hasten to add).We may never be allowed to play in it again from next season onwards. Go on make it 2001 fans. Edited topic description as cunning plan failed, Any tips for winning over abstainers ?
  23. Have you been watching Cliff Richard films again !
  24. Its still going to be a good day out prior to the big league games coming up,our journey to hamden and hopefully a good travelling support for the away games for the final push, near the end of the season. I'm looking forward to the noise, dont quite know how or when it came about but for a young club we have a hell of a lot of good chants.
  25. Few valid points mentioned so far but I can see this running in to high numbers with people disagreeing about other people giving their honest opinion and getting nowhere, which seems to be missing the point. Why not email the forum rules to all members highlighting the most valid ones, hopefully the ones that cant be bothered reading too much will pick up on the highlighted bits. Its a start.
