  1. It’s on the website too. Basically staying full time but more to be announced about the restructuring in a few days: https://ictfc.com/chairmans-statement/
  2. Please don’t take this the wrong way, but we would all come up with different forms of wording. The Trust deserves credit for getting a statement out in the immediate aftermath of Saturday’s disaster and for keeping its members updated. Credit also to the Wyness Shuffle guys for their post about the situation and also showing their support for the work of the Trust. All at a time when those running the club are conspicuous by their silence.
  3. OTB it’s rumoured.
  4. Strongly linked with Cove unfortunately.
  5. Well done Gringo and thanks again for running this competition, giving us some light hearted good fun.
  6. I missed the game due to plans made months ago, so relied on occasionally looking for updates on the BBC Sport app, albeit not that often after seeing we were 2 down after 12 minutes. I think the comments made by posters sum things up very well. Our objective for the season should have been promotion. It quickly changed to avoiding relegation. Other than a brief “Ferguson bounce” we never really got results and most performances were poor. We can point to moments in matches or individual mistakes, but so can every team. The bottom line is that we finished 9th and failed in the play offs. We seem to have had a lot of watershed moments. We’ve just had one on the pitch, we now need one off the pitch too.

  8. Probably the biggest game in our history. No room for errors. Win or bust.
  9. I’m with those who feel we should be focussing our efforts on supporting the players so they get the right result for us tomorrow and we stay in the Championship. However, I’m curious as to what you feel the grounds are for legal action in the event of the scenario you have outlined.
  10. That’s as this is the thread for Saturday’s game….
  11. He’s doing what he’s been told to do.
  12. Fair enough. I just went with what was said on TV as to why Pepple reacted as he did. I said a few weeks ago that Pepple deserved a start as he roughs defences up.
  13. We need to approach Saturday the way we’ve played the second half. Hamilton are nothing special and are there for the taking. We can’t show them any respect.
  14. That looks bad for Devine.
  15. The commentators said Pepple went to the away fans to wind them up as they were making those chants. We need to learn from this for Saturday. The subs have made the difference.
  16. People with his first touch. We have the momentum, let’s get level!
  17. Lawal and Carragher on for Gilmour and Duffy.
  18. He’s been played there most games. The summariser has it spot on about how we have lined up. The next goal is vital.
  19. We’ve missed Gilmour and the strength he gives us in midfield. I saw him growing to be the “new Allardice” before he got injured so I’m glad he’s back. I just hope he’s fit and we’ve not brought him back too soon like Shaw a few weeks ago.
  20. Mmm, not sure about that. Duffy, Devine and Boyes as a back three, or a back four with Kerr in midfield? I’d have preferred MacGregor or Lawal to Longstaff. Good to have Gilmour fit to start though. A big night ahead. Hopefully we can get a win to give us confidence for Saturday.

  22. Andrew Shinnie for Livingston today.
  23. I missed the game as I was only flying back home tonight, and totally get the concerns about the performance levels and the nervousness about the Hamilton games. However, the play offs are all about survival for us. It may not have been pretty, but at least we are in the final. That was the objective today. We still have hope.
  24. I will miss the game as I’m only flying back to Inverness tomorrow evening, but it definitely is a “must win” game. We all know we are in a bad place financially, but losing doesn’t bear thinking about. I said on Tuesday we should be on the front foot and take the game to Montrose. The opposite happened and that can’t be the case again tomorrow. I will be glued to updates on my phone, hoping for the best but also fearing the worst. I hope there is a big crowd that gets behind the players from the start, and helps them get the win we desperately need. But given the club is struggling for cash, why on earth is the Sports Bar not going to be open?
