Let's hope it's back to Dundee on Thursday night....
-
mon caley eh!!!!!!?????!?!?!?!?!?!
-
in a game where the starting 11 were easily at 7+ he was a 4. the point of a substitution is to provide fresh legs when replacing like for like. he didnt apply himself in the same was as fisher had, as billy mc had, even Polly and Vigz appeared to be working harder than him. He never once jumped to try and win a header. not making any generalisations about his play, but on wednesday night, he was awful.

Oh, and Anier was shocking! Can't or won't jump for a ball. Won nothing in the air. Pressed less than players who'd been knocking their pan in for the whole match! I'd rather see Ebbe given a run out when the other guys run out of gas. He showed some glimmer of something in our 5-1 drubbing by Tic in the cup, and has been putting goals away aplenty in the Dev league
-
Struggled with this one as no-one really had a bad game, except the inept Anier. A bonus 5 points to #caleyaway - what a great atmosphere created! Still canna talk the day....
-
Survival will surely paper over the cracks. But, can we afford to go down? Oh, and does anyone else see the correlation between upturn in performances and the arrival of one Maurice Malpas......?
-
Ffs ICT! Why do you do this to us? Another false dawn? More hope in vain? Can we actually do this....?! hell yes! that 1st half was classy, sexy football! More of that on Saturday please!! COME ON THE CALEY THISTLE!! Eh?!
-
i gave the Fish top marks for being the only player to applaud the fans who suffered til the bitter end. and apart from that, he actually, as always, worked hard and fought for every ball. a guy who has always given his all to the cause!
-
Says a lot when Fisher is the ONLY player to applaud those of us who painfully waited until the final whistle. Poor attitude towards the people that pay the meager wages. I have been accused of being a 'happy clapper' in the past, so i think i'm more than entitled to have a moan at the players. all seem really nice guys, but c'mon tae feck boys, show some fecking fight out there, and not wi the ref,eh?! mon caley eh!
-
^^^this is the issue. we have players with quality who have and will play well. but with no clear plan, consistency, tactics, formation, ideas, belief etc then we're fooked.
-
GOOD LUCK GREG!

We could put drapes in goal with Fonners

Could Josh be joining the legions of ex-ict players heading along the A96? Rumours from Aberdeen courtesy of DonInPeace suggest that its possible. Another one I've heard is Hibs. Doesn't really matter in the grand scheme...he's off, we're getting nothing for him, and for the last two years he's spent as much time injured as playing...

when Richie spoke about establishing a feeder club I don't think this is quite what he had in mind....
-
i am speaking for myself? never declared i was speaking on behalf of anyone else? I respectfully disagree, while possibly unsettling other players and perhaps Richie, i think this may actually settle Tansey, as it removes the cloud of doubt and uncertainty hanging over him. the relevance of the house - it's called an analogy. perhaps not the best one I could have come up with, but actually thought it was pretty self-explanatory
-
how? (why?) if you could buy a house for 100k or wait 6 months and get that house for free...what would YOU do? It makes good business sense. The accounts situation at ICTFC are of absolutely no concern to anyone at AFC. In Aberdeen Caley Thistle's defence, they did make an attempt to buy that house some time ago, the house wasn't for sale. Not their fault. The keys for that house have been put in the bowl...they picked them up. No ill feelings towards Aberdeen or Mr Tansey. Both have made sound business/career choices. Anyone in their respective positions would make the same decisions. There is no room for sentimentality in ANY line of business these days.

red dot for this!!! happy at someone's pain and suffering? harsh!

just another symptom of Modern Football

Nope, on for longer than five minutes when I made that remark. Which was based on the fact that you regularly post, what in my opinion, is nonsensical and very regularly miles off topic. Here we are debating the merits of the Young Team et al yet you are referencing murder, rape and Syria...? Also, referring to yourself in the 3rd person...really?- 157 replies

he fair wrapped himself around the net support towards the end of saturday's game, and took a good bit of abuse throughout the game...still, two weeks to sort himself out. -

Matchday Thread Inverness CT -V- Ross County

yup ^^said that, don't condone violence...... The green Brigade? If you think they are good for Scottish Football let alone Scottish society then there is a lot to learn. Celtic will have had to pay a lot more in fines from their behaviour than they will have ever donated to charity. im pretty sure, although, not 100% that GB try as a general rule to match/outdo the amount the club pays in fines with their charitable donations. i'm not going to get into the arguments about whether those fines are fair and just however.... Like I said earlier I agreed with a lot of what chedan1 said. Do what you like, just no need for pretend fighting and abusing fellow fans. If you want to continue the hooligan pretence. Can you do what actual hooligans now do. I.e organise your antics away from the stadium. While I still agree there is most definitely a place for you in the stadium there is also a place for the mum and dad with there 2 small kids. Get it out of your head that because you sing and make noise that your a better fan than others. While I think it's great and it's better than silenece. I prefer not to be involved in it. Doesn't make me or anyone else less a fan. Like I said, everyone should be allowed to follow the club as they please and should not be criticised or abused for doing so. Also never said that 'quiet' spectators are less of a fan than those who make noise...your arguing with yourself there. i assume you're replying to my post, whilst at the same time addressing me as a member of the Young Team, i'm neither young or indeed in that team. my head now hurts!- 157 replies
