Ryan Christie penalty saved in the final shootout

I'm not sure if anyone agrees with me on this, but it is ludicrous that we are being looped in with the rest of Scotland and being dragged into Tier 4. It's utterly stupid, everyone's taking a massive hit cos it's over Christmas, but as someone who does groundhopping on YouTube, I take a MASSIVE hit. I missed the Clach game last week due to a waterlogged pitch, I'll miss Nairn's game against Broxburn in the Scottish Cup, I'll miss Clach's rescheduled game on the 2nd, and I'll miss whoever I can get to on the 9th for the Scottish Cup 2nd Round. That's 4 straight weeks with no content to put out, 4 weeks where I'm likely going to lose subs cos of people losing interest and 4 weeks of less revenue from the channel. Sure, I don't make a whole lot from it, but it's better than nothing. It's farcical that we, as I stated before, as the region with the least infections (22 per 100k people), it's a joke that we've been boosted up by 3 tiers.

On a lighter note, Stuart Kettlewell has had the book launched at him by C*unty and is heading down the job centre. -
Just seen this, and Robbo is confident we aren't in with chances off going out of business. However, it also does bring up the question that doesn't seem to get answered; what happens if we do go bust? Do we go off and support a fellow Highland League team, or do we follow in the footsteps of Wimbledon and set up a fan owned Phoenix club? https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/6375505/spfl-premiership-news-aberdeen-hearts/amp/?utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Twitter&__twitter_impression=true

I fully agree that much MUCH more fans could've been safely seated in both stands, as for getting in, it was an absolute breeze. Nobody was lingering about waiting to go in when I arrived ahead of 2pm and I managed to go in before the section I was in was even due to be let in. So I don't think any more stewards are nessecary if we're looking to boost capacity.

Stuart McCaffrey doing the draw for the Scottish Cup First Round. Not a whole lot of exciting ties, all games played on Boxing Day. Thankfully, were away to Morton, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue getting to one of the local games.

Almost seems a waste of his time putting him out til January. Clach have only got two games left this month, tomorrow against Caledonian Braves in the Scottish Cup, then Wick away just before Christmas. Probably would've been better off sending him out for the season on a recallable deal

Boycott the cup if it does...

I know it's probably wasn't worth it, but I've fired the SFA an email asking them to reconsider their choice, for the sake of fans, the club and local businesses. I know it's going to be in one ear and out the other, but anything to try and get the cup to Inverness

Just saw this posted on FB, and Allegedly we made a move to host Celtic vs Hearts in the Scottish Cup Final... In all fairness, I think this is utter rubbish, not because it's from The Sun, but because surely some word would've been said on one social media page for such a mammoth move, but alas nothing had been said. https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/6382901/inverness-fail-celtic-hearts-scottish-cup/?utm_campaign=scottishsunfootballfacebook&utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Facebook#Echobox=1607498772

Anyone know when tickets actually hit the inbox? Haven't heard a peep since I said I was able to attend... Scratch that, just got an email through with the ticket the instant I posted this

Bit late now, but just an FYI, for me the email came up in my "promotions" folder on Gmail for mobile, so you might want to check there if you're not sure if you were unsuccessful. The email came through at about half four if you're going to check your own folder.

While it was a class game, the only downside I saw was Shane Sutherland. He wasn't great, but he wasn't terrible. It just seemed like he was a touch too slow on the ball and quite a few of his shots were dragged wide. Him and Miles, it felt like they were a touch jealous of being shown up by the weans, so had a swing when they probably could've worked it into a more open position, and it's either horrifically off target or square into a defender. Not saying he should be dropped, but we need to dispel the saying and teach an old dog new tricks. -

Shame fans aren't there. Everybody would be flying down the seats after that one -

First port of call in the January window has to be getting Kennedy's loan extended. Lads been turning everyone inside out -

Wasn't it at QOTS where it was called off just before the game last year cos of the wind? -
I'm genuinely confused, and quite frankly, pissed off. How come down south from the National League all the way up to the Premier League, teams can (effectively) throw open their doors and have about 2000 odd in attendance, meanwhile here, in the least densely populated county, where we (if I remember correctly) have barely scraped 100 cases and they've all been so miniscule that they've been told they can go home to sleep it off, we are stuck with 300 fans. Think Nicola needs to do some work with the lockdown system, as all I can see this as is a punishment for doing nothing, like we're that one quiet kid in class missing break time cos the rest of the class were arseing about. Not saying that away games should be back on the cards, but considering the amount of cases, and lack thereof of people being hospitalised/dying of the virus, restrictions need to be loosened up for us. EDIT: Might sound a bit daft saying it now, turns out I have been successful in the ballot. Either way, my point still stands, the headlock we're in needs to be loosened

Ravs has got experience in beating the top flight leaders in a cup, he should be fine

Joe Chalmers put the ball in his own net against Livi

Might sound cruel, but in some ways I'm surprised he's even lasted this long when it wouldn't be all that unsurprising if it was revealed his habit had practically built the Colombian economy. Anyone else on Colombian Sugar would be dead in a year if they followed his footsteps.

We most definately need to enquire those who set the fan allocation if we can get an increase in capacity. Watching the highlight reel, it seems it was only the seating sections of E, R, and N in the South Stand that were occupied (couldn't see the North Stand), and there was literally acres that could fit at least a couple hundred more in while still being safely spread out. -

Seems a touch daft to send out an apology email with a stream link a decent way into the second half... -
