  1. Can only promise to be at the final two fixtures. I really hope we are safe before we play our last game.
  2. ICT would be bankrupt if they adopted that policy, especially on this season's performances.
  3. If the SPL was a fair league (which it most certainly isn't) then we should have 4 x Away games and 1 x Home. I say this because we have already played Motherwell, Kilmarnock, St Mirren and Hamilton twice at home this season. How rediculous.
  4. Airdrie to win at 2.50 please

I just wish they'd go away.
  6. That's brilliant CB. We certainly hope it's not lingering in way shape or form. Your advice is really sound mate and we should all take heed of it. Wishing you a prolonged cancer free life from now on.
  7. Aye, 20 years on and still no justice. I feel for those familes that lost loved one's. Good luck to them.
  8. Quality.... :018: ;) Great tribute for Jock....I applaud their decission :thumb04:
  9. We didn't get any off St Mirren either...until the last meeting. More of the same will do for me on Saturday but we need to score more goals. I'll settle for 1-0 though.
  10. Queens Park v East Fife - the Draw please at 3.50
  11. ...except last Saturday v Midden. Well, according to the match day thread anyway...
  12. Mrs G and me will be there providing I can still walk after doing the Highland March.
  13. I didn't think the challenge was too bad when I first saw but the reply showed the horror of it. It was certainly a leg breaker. I've not heard how the lad is but he muct have suffered a serious knee injury as the leg got bent sideways at the knee. If he hasn't got ligament or cartlidge damage then he is very lucky. As for the game itself....well...it was awful. Best team won though.
  14. Stenhousemuir v Dumbarton DRAW please at 3.40 Ta.
  15. Our hearts go out to all those affected by this tragedy.
  16. Replacing experience with inexperience...yes, that'll work. What are they on up there? As always with the Toon, it'll end in tears as they grace the Championship new season.
  17. Been all around Scotland and the results for the worst places by the Gringo jury are (in no particular order):- Alness ? just depressing. Cumbernauld ? a Glasgow overflow and also depressing. Aberdeen ? I found it to be a dull place with folk walking around as if depressed and about to call the Samaritans. And the ?beach? was filthy. Glasgow ? Partick, oh dear oh dear?should be flattened. Glasgow ? Barrhead --- as above. Glasgow ? East end, just a simple ride into the city on the train from the south will reveal all ? kind of makes me want to turn around and go straight back down the road. Wick ? also depressing and even worse when its raining (which is most of the time) Aviemore ? just a rip off holiday resort full of tourists. Local folk also appear to be miserable especially those behind the counters in the various shops / pubs. (The Winking Owl was the only exception to this rule, they always appear to be friendly whenever I have been in there) Kyle of Lochalsh ? nothing there of any interest now that the ferry has gone. Scenery is good though (if you can see it!!) Invergordon ? would only be of interest if you liked oil rigs / drilling platforms. Livingston ? just a new town sprawl with absolutely nothing of any interest.
  18. Could be out for a while. F1.bmp
  19. Stirling v East Fife the Draw please @ 3.50
  20. Thought this was good.... Sheep art
  21. This site almost closed down not so very long ago because of the abuse being recieved. Abuse to anyone on any forum is uncalled for and unnecessary.

  23. Claim the royalties Alex...
  24. Getting humped 4-0 by Falkirk doesn't exactly inspire confidence within the support so what it does to the players godness knows. Had we have lost by a single goal on Saturday and showed real effort then I'm sure the 'fall out' wouldn't have been so bad. 4-0 is a stuffing by anyone's standards but coming from Falkirk it feels like 8-0! Personally I am right behind the team - that is the 'job' of a supporter but, I have to say, I am really glad I didn't make the ten hour round trip to Falkirk on Saturday. To answer the question though, my reply would be a resounding NO, we don't have the bottle. We could have a vocal support like Stoke City but it won't make much differance in my view. I say this because the dedicated - larger than usuall - following to Hamilton and Falkirk did not have the desired effect on the team. Case rested there I feel.
