Personally I dont believe TB will ever take a role of DoF so long as he may have a chance to manage. DoF is a background role and wouldn't suit the up front attitude of TB. I wouldn't have a DoF but I'd give Pele a role as scout. If CC were interested in working as a number 2 he'd have done so by now. So long as the present regime are in power Robbo will not be back. To get us back up we need money and experience and a new board.

If these kids want to go to the north/south or even the main stand then they pay the ?10 for a seat. ICt's average home attendence is roughly abut the 3,000 mark(give or take a few hundred either side). At ?14 quid, they are only making ?30k-?40k(minusing the season ticket holders). So with this idea ICT only need to have an extra 2,000 fans inside the stadium to be making the same they would right now, and thats just under half the actual capacity. So you fill the stand with 2000 kids at a quid. Cost of stewarding and policing this area probably in excess of half the takings. Depreciation costs of your stand likely to be around a hundred times the remainder. I see serious losses in your scheme. five years to bankrupcy.

I was actually referring to Duncans only natural ability in being able to talk himself into the referee's book. It seems this time he didn't talk himself into the book, he only squared up to Lilley. The weirdest thing just happened, the names Alex MacLeod and Russell Duncan just appeared in my misted up mirror. Make of that, what you will. Pick up a home matchday programme and you me even see both names close together on one of the pages. If I dont stick up for him nobody else will. What did he do that was so horrific to lose your respect? Did he send a wee message to the ICT support? Did he rub it in to them when Queens scored? I'd like to see McBain back in the side in any position, but sadly TB obviously doesn't appear to rate him at all. Why is it always assumed that because a player doesn't make the starting line-up he's not rated by Butcher. There's 26 in the squad. Only 14 outfielders can be chosen for each game. Does that mean that 10 or eleven are out of favour? Personally I can see McBain as RB tomorrow and LDZ left.

Could some people stop turning this thread into a petty argument. Be it home or away it is fact that like minded people sitting together will generate more noise. It is fact that players respond to the noise. It is also fact that the people who make noise at away games stay silent at home. And before anyone tries to counter that statement cast your minds back to a day last season when the north stand was silent, the team were crying out for support and I try to encourage the famous section G to make some noise only to find myself having to absord a tirade of abuse.

I'd rather we all clubbed together and paid for a protective shield to put over his hand. If the Aberdire player can have one for his broken face then surely they'd make something for Rossco's hand.
