Terry Butcher has lifted the lid on the pre-match ritual he believes can help Inverness achieve their aims this season.
The new Caley Thistle boss - whose second game in charge comes in Saturday's Homecoming Scottish Cup game against Kilmarnock - gets his players to form a circle with their hands outstretched in the dressing room before kick-off.
"I told them that's our 'circle of unity' - we're all working together," said Butcher, who managed to arrest a run of eight Clydesdale Bank Premier League defeats with a goalless draw against Celtic on Sunday. "I want that to be our huddle."
Should this not spread pre-match to the Caley Club, the Innes and the Fairways ?
