read this then looked at the team lines on twitter .... Bryan Prunty !! U20 !! then realised it was only ICT who had to use U20s .... reckon Prunty must be older than at least 3 or 4 of our players added together !

Had a look at the rules and they just say anyone who qualifies to play in development league

I quite like the look of the revamped Challenge (Irn-Bru) Cup, and the inclusion of the Welsh and Irish teams later will be very interesting.

Along with the new look League Cup, it's a bold move by the SPFL to freshen up the formats. I'm now looking forward to their next step forward to regenerate fan interest - a league restructure with a 16-team premiership!

And both the ugly sisters relegated to the lowland leagues for 50 years? (We can but dream) haha

Big Dunc is a fan of including the U20s...and talks here about changes at the club also helping Development Players.
