Good to see the reserves got a good win yesterday against Dundee Utd.  Did anyone go along? If so, would be good to hear what you thought of the performance.  2 more goals for Deano...wonder if he's done enough to play a part on saturday now?! :clapping03:

Deano should definitely have started for the first team before now. Dont see Brewster playing him against Celtic but he could be useful. Give the guy a chance!!! Was he not our top goalscorer in pre-season?

Yeah, good result for the boys, would have preferred this against the first team though....  looks like we had a strong team out yesterday too... link here for the match report on the official site.

Deano has been great for the reserves and the way I see it is that he deserves a start on Saturday. He has proved himself more than any other striker this season.

the only way i can see dean getting a start is if brewster drops himself, which he done before against the old infirm

Unfortunately Rory has broken his foot during this match and could be out for up to eight weeks according to Teletext

He has "broken a metatarsal bone in his left foot" after landing awkwardly following a shot on goal.

Just what he needed, he gets a confidence boost by scoring a great goal then gets injured, no luck son.

Nae luck, but at least he now has something in common with some top class players.

Shame for the lad but at least we now have a great deal of cover up front.
