ICT Quiz night

Got an email from ICT's commercial manager Darren MacKintosh wanting to publicise a few events that they hope will be geared to "normal" fans moreso than some of the recent black tie or business oriented events.

Whens the Burns night then?  We must be about the only club in Scotland not having one!

Any chance of you mentioning Saturday as an option Scotty, Im sure there are others in my position who will be unable to make it due to work, uni etc the next day.

I am sure Angela and perhaps Darren will both read this thread and see your comments. I doubt they would be able to do anything about this event at such short notice or other events where dates have already been set but hopefully they will note your comments for future events that have not been advertised yet.

What about a St Georges Day Party  :tic01:

Could we get a team together from here - I would be interested - anybody else?

I should warn you that the Supporter's Trust have entered 2 teams, so be afraid, be very afraid.  :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

I'm already teamed up with the Pauliebees and L_G.

Hope you've been doing your homework Charles!  We need all the help we can get!  :015:

Right, I am full of brains, I have been eating fish all week.......................bring it on

**keeps saying to himself..........battle of Hastings, 1066, how many rivets in the Forth road bridge?............**

:teacher01:

Tsk, more fish required and buy a newspaper :029:

The 4 Men For The Job did themselves proud!

Which is more than can be said for Charlies Angels!  Hart to Hart indeed!  :018: :015:

A good night, and John provided an excellent quiz.

Shame on the team including Dave Milroy, Roshie Fraser and Charlie Christie only getting 9/10 on the ICT round!

The question that stumped them, and Malkie Thomson, was the first player to reach 100 consecutive appearances. We put Mark Brown too - and I think most people forgot about Denzil!

We had Broonie as well, thought it was a stick on!  Unusual for an outfield player to play 119 consecutive games without injury.

We were undone by the news headlines, only 4 out of ten :019: and we wanted to keep a hedgehog in the fridge :010: what pricks

Oh, by the way Richard, I have rented a DVD to watch tonight, you know the one, American Dream :029:

Even with Charles Bannerman in our team we failed to max in the ICT section.  :023:  Headline round saved our blushes with a credible 8 out of 10.  We did okay and enjoyed out night.  Well done to all concerned.  :021: :021:

Casablanca...Pink Panther.....easy mistake to make!  :015:

Malky's team - 3rd last - bless them!  :015: :015:

Mrs PB

I was just dismayed at the @rse we... or rather I.... made of the "countries with one border" round! As for the ICT round, Dennis first to 100 caught just about everybody and for the international caps we were only thinking about current players. Apart from that, I had never heard of the rugby guy.
