I was sent an email from the club, with a pic showing that the named brick plaque thingy Mrs Y got me for Christmas has been put up.

Does anyone know which wall of the stadium these bricks are located on?

Looking at the front off the building, they are to the right of the main door. Just at the corner of the main building, before the turnstiles

Airdrie have a similar scheme,their "fans" throw bricks to your buses on departure from the stadium

We got one and Callum was very pleased to see it when it went up. I was suprised that so few people have got one. I hope more will geta brick or it will look a little strange.

I think the problem is that their was no "project" behind the scheme.

Normally when people do a 'buy-a-brick' it's because they are going to build something and the bricks are included in that building so people can say "I helped pay for that" and it gives the purchase some meaning/feeling of ownership/belonging.

It's a good idea, it's just about 14 years too late.  However, I do look forward to buying a brick for the new stadium when we move in about 5 years or so  :004:
