  1. Can't wait to hear who these "2 quality signings" are, not even a sniff of rumour anywhere
  2. Ill be there on call though
  3. In all the time I lived in the Central Belt, I don't think I heard the club in conversation or in the media referred to as anything other than 'Inverness'. Go to Glasgow and talk about 'Caley' and folk think you're talking about the university!
  4. Only the ignorant and ill informed. Although, I do accept that makes up a fair proportion of the Scottish sporting media as far as anything north of Perth is concerned.
  5. Never said it was. The previous poster said he'd never heard of a club winning a quadruple, I'm saying it has been done....and then they won one more!
  6. 2-1 away from home - League Cup - earlier than usual - league set up - basically pre season - WTF - RESULT
  7. There may be an argument about whether is should appear on the club crest but other than that I couldn't disagree with you more and frankly I don't care about any misconceptions held by some Central Belt pundits or fans.
  8. Five's not a quadruple!

Ive just noticed that Season ticket holders are getting a discount to buy tickets for this one in advance. £10 for adults, £5 for concession and under 16s
  10. Does anyone ever recollect anyone ever calling for the 'Pride of the Highlands' line to be included in the badge? I certainly don't and to do it with no fan consultation whatsoever seems very shortsighted, especially from club which claims it wishes to be far more open for the supporters from this season onwards.
  11. Pride of the Highlands is a decent enough slogan for the club to use where appropriate, but I really disagree with it being used on the official club badge. In my opinion it just looks a little tacky. I think it would be worthwhile trying to get the opinion of the majority on fans on this, and then writing to the club if there is a clear consensus against the new design. A couple of years ago there was uproar when Everton changed their club badge. There was then discussion between the club and fans and a new badge was agreed upon for the following season.

The Shadows? is that a Rossshire band?
  13. Spot on. Just like not caring about trying to re-sign Billy McKay.

You really do seem to get a kick out of insulting fans by calling them "ignorant and ill informed". Ignorance lies with you as Caley or Jags have been acceptable nicknames to many since the club was formed.
  15. Weird. The still above doesn't look like it's over the line but the video clearly shows that the ball was well over the line. Fair play to the linesman who was well on his way back to the halfway line before most ICT players even started claiming. Thought we looked tidy enough for the most part. Defence seemed relatively untroubled although Tremarco looks like he was caught ball watching a bit for their goal. McNaughton breezed through the game but his distribution was a wee bit suspect at times. Quite a few balls hit quite hard at their intended recipient which led to us losing possession. Mulraney (?) looked good. Reminded me of Hayes when he first signed for us. Pacey, decent cross on him and a wee bit of skill. Like the look of him. Hopefully when he and others are on the same wavelength the crosses will connect better than they did on Saturday. King didn't too much but it was good to see us play with two 'proper' wingers again. Boden had a few nice touches but I don't recall him really having any shots at goal. Didn't like Polworth wearing number 7. Just seemed weird.

The media refer to us as Caley more often than not so for that reason I'm in .
