  1. Hearts have now informed the club that tickets will be available for purchase at Tynecastle on Saturday. Collections for tickets purchased in advance will also be available.
  2. So not only do the Dons steal all our players, but they don't let us loan their fringe players. Anyways, it's good to see we're still in the market for a CF, I think Boden can do well with someone beside him but he's a bit lightweight and not athletic enough to be up top on his own.
  3. But which has the higher fat content?! I just dug out my replica kit from the same season as the one above to check the size - at 6ft and slightly overweight I was a mere XL!
  4. easy way to check if its a squad shirt from that era but not without removing it from the mount which would likely wreck all value. The league badge would be on the sleeve and the official numbers would be on the back ... neither were offered on the replica kits at the time IIRC .... you could get numbers but not the official ones. I think there was also something different about the badge (embroidered versus a glue on piece) but not 100% certain ... will need to check mine at home ! either way its a nice piece of kit from a very memorable era with some recognisable former players on it so should fetch a decent price.

I had a quick nosey at the ticket prices of the other Premiership teams to see what they were charging. I've attached the results here. There is a degree of variance in the prices due to differences between how some teams categorise a childs ticket (for example). Some consider a child to be U12 others go up to U16. Concessions are similar in that some clubs included students in this particular 'band' but others didn't (Hearts surprisingly didn't include any obvious information for student ticket prices or maybe I just missed it). I've looked at prices that would likely be charged for away fans based on my experiences of where we've been placed as ICT supporters. Where I wasn't sure there is a range of prices given (e.g. Motherwell adult prices range from £19 - £22). Some interesting points to note mindful of the above caveats - ICT have one of the highest admission prices in the league for adults (only Celtic charge more), our admission price for a concession is the highest in the league, tickets for kids are a wee bit better (cheaper than Ross County, more expensive than Partick and Killie). Shout out to Saint Johnstone who apparently let in U12s for free with a paying adult. Tickets.docx
  6. Calm down. We are two games into the league season and we have one apparently serious injury. Not a dream start but a very long way from being a nightmare.
  7. Don't think there was any risk in signing McNaughton based on his previous injuries (broken leg and hamstring injuries) as ruptured Achilles tendon could happen to any player.
