  1. Whilst always disappointing not to win after taking the lead, most of us would have taken a point at Tannadice this morning. A small step towards avoiding the disaster of successive relegations.
  2. It could be argued the first team players have been resting for the best part of 3 years!
  3. Apart from the Challenge Cup we should also be concentrating on winning the two games in hand to Falkirk and overhauling them.
  4. We were well on top in the 1st half with Vigurs afforded loads of space to spray the ball about but we failed to convert the dominance into chances and the chances that did come were squandered by Oakley. In the 2nd, United had us sussed - they stymied Vigurs and targeted Seedorf from the opening seconds and got a lot of joy down their left. Even so, we remained a threat on the break where Polworth was wasteful. Ridgers, Warren and Tremarco had good games and Austin looked decent. But I'm worried. Worried that Dumbarton will have the measure of us, that we won't be able to break them down, that we'll lose our discipline in the face of their physicality and, most of all, that if we lose the final it will have a big effect on a psychologically fragile team. Next week's game could be far more important than the Challenge Cup.
  5. Looking at the final table, I'm not entirely convinced that it was Scotland who were over hyped for this year's Six Nations.

Have you seen Billy's record since he left us first time ? He is a striker who is destined to have one purple patch in his career and we were fortunate to benefit from it. He has not shown any signs since that he is remotely capable of hitting those heights ever again.
  7. If we had won today there was still a slim chance of catching Morton given our games in hand but I think that now is that. The focus now is win the cup and finish safe in the division.
  8. Well an away point will have to do, Brechin couldn't help, so our game in hand vs Brechin will be crucial.
  9. Pants 1-1 ... I know my team
  10. According to Jim "i'm such an arab my hair's tangerine" Spence, we're completely dominant but wasteful and should be well up. Same old ICT! Hope we don't pay for the wasted chances but fear we may.
  11. 0-1 Vigurs !!!!!!! Get in there !!!!!!
  12. The first team players got a great rest for nearly a month due to multiple postponements as we all know, yet put in a lifeless and lethargic performance against Dunfermline. Asides from adding more injuries which will undoubtably happen in any case, there's no way he can prioritise players for what is in effect a low ranking cup final against the very survival of the club and its position in the cship
  13. That would be s bizarre sense of priority.

Makes the season more interesting that we`re trying to get into both play-offs!
