  1. On the other hand, they may have lost some sharpness. Someone on the TV last night said "Players would much rather play than train.". I've noticed in the past that we are sometimes dodgy after even a one-week break. Fingers crossed.

  2. I think it has been all said. Not a great watch and grateful for the early goal.Thought Ridgers,Carson,Sutherland and Samuel's were standouts.Passing at times pretty woeful and as long as we have small strikers high balls up front are no use unless it is spot on perfect for a Samuel's run. That said a good shift by all and well done for grinding out a result. Good crowd and what a difference our younger singing supporters make.

  3. I say, I can give you a lift to Arbroath to save on your petrol and help the environment. Think of the banter we could have, down and back up. Double the delight, eh what?

  4. Although, from a personal point of view, I will blow the tenner I placed on us winning all six play off matches. Was hoping at current prices, to buy a full tank of petrol and a litre of vegetable oil !

  6. In all fairness, Kilmarnock did not steal the league...they bought it.

  9. I would say that we weren't at our best today, especially in terms of keeping the ball, but a win is a win The plus was that we kept a clean sheet and by the looks of things, no new injuries which is a positive. We'll need to play a bit better on Tuesday though so hopefully the players get refreshed then raring to go come kick off on Tuesday. I must agree that the singing section were immense tonight so keep it up guys :D.

  10. Not the best of games but a great goal from Samuels that was enough to see us through. All the players put in a good shift tonight and it was end to end. Although it was on TV there was a good support and the young ones in the west stand made plenty noise.
