  1. Saturday at 05:21 PM ICT Paisley: Just bought my tickets for East Fife, as I’m checking out the seats were slowly disappearing in front of my eyes. Just a heads up incase anyone gets caught out. Yngwie said: Great advice, just got mine, thanks. There’s about 250 away tickets left. Less than 100 now. I can see our fans buying for the home sections soon. Big game for East Fife too, battling Hamilton to avoid the relegation play-off. Bucket said: Got ours as well. The purple dots of seats available are disappearing there’s not too many left now Yngwie said: Away sections now sold out. I think that means we will have over 700 there. I’m thinking that one section hasn’t been opened yet so should still be available to go on sale. BBB said: Visiting supporters should purchase tickets in Sections H & J. Additional seating in Section K will be made available as required. Taken from their website. Now I know J and K had loads of availability today and H was completely blocked off. My gut feeling is that it’s H that is still to open. Think you might be right - maybe East Fife have been waiting to see how home and away ticket sales go before deciding which team gets that block. When I went on last night only J&K were available. logging on this morning to East Fife there is no mention of ict game and when searching for a ticket answer is “ no event found” Googled it but it is an AI response giving pie and bovril guessing from posters. I also think that H will be made available on Monday when east fife staff return to work. Thanks for the early shout yesterday ict paisley I would have waited a couple of days before getting tickets after reading EF record crowd was v rangers, 4700 in 2013. They must have had temp seating installed for that game.? Based on reports from the Pie and Bovril forum as of April 18, 2026, the away sections for the East Fife v Inverness Caledonian Thistle match have sold out. Away Tickets: Fans reported that sections G & H (allocated to Inverness) were sold out, with expectations that over 700 fans would be traveling. Ticket Availability: There were suggestions that one section had not yet been opened, potentially leaving further tickets available. Recommendation: Fans are generally advised to purchase tickets in advance via the East Fife website or by phone (01333 426323), as there are no cash turnstiles at ps…….. Yes, East Fife installed temporary seating for the visit of Rangers to Bayview Stadium on October 26, 2013. Capacity Increase: The installation of temporary stands raised the stadium's capacity from its standard 1,980 to approximately 4,700 for that game. Yesterday at 01:41 PM SATAN said: On the EF ticket site that they are making adjustments to seating plan to accommodate demand. Fingers crossed there are enough available to satisfy high demand for the possible championship day. Sad to see the outcry from some quarters about the sudden surge in demand for this game, talk about the 'average 2-300' being a generous estimate for the away games...big swing between 200 to 300 there. Interesting to get factual figures for this as I seem to have been at some away games where the total is barely 300. This is just how football works of course, and the most important figure is realising a stronger support at the Sarens PSG to bolster the finances. ICT Paisley: If we have big day supporters so be it. They all play their part in my opinion. Hopefully we can convince a few of them to go to more games. Caley Canary: A point on ‘big day’ supporters, there are many of us, for many and varied reasons, that cannot get to matches on a regular basis. I used to make it up for 6-8 games a season, mostly central belt away games, but struggle to make even 1 these days - this season it’ll be none. So my apologies in advance if I hurt the feelings of any regulars who feel put out when I get a ticket for a big day game next season - at the moment my choice will be the New Year derby against our friends across the bridge 👍😉 Caley Hedghog: While I am so grateful to the band of away supporters who follow the team through thick and thin around the country, I don't think anybody has the right to judge anyone else for their ability or lack of to attend games - home or away. There are so many reasons why people cannot attend regularly - shift work, finances, family commitments, lack of available time - to name but a few. Personally, I love it when there is a big crowd at any game and if I manage to take friends along then I am delighted, especially after a good game and a win. I seldom get to away games, but it is so good to see how much the away crowd has steadily grown this season. Well done to all those who have been to one away game and to those who go every game. Special thanks to all those working behind the scenes in the Supporters' Trust, to enhance our match day experience. Let's hope we will all be celebrating this week, whether we are at East Fife or not. 2. Sticking the Preview up early to take the ticket talk off the Kelty topic. I will continue to build the Preview during the week in the build up to this massive game Is It Coming Home? With the prospect of a title winning celebration happening this weekend, a big crowd is expected at Bayview Stadium, Methil. It's certainly not a formality by any means, however, there is a distinct possibility that something could happen and that will swell the crowd. East Fife have had to review their seating allocation to try and accommodate this surge in ticket sales and we are still waiting for further developments regarding ticket sales as of Monday at 21:00. It did open but sold out quickly and we now await more seating to be released by East Fife. A win for the Caley Jags will secure the title outright regardless of what Stenhousemuir do against Alloa Athletic. A draw might be enough but that depends on Stenhousemuir losing or at worst, drawing, something that is not a common occurrence at Ochilview this season. A defeat for both clubs hands Inverness the title and promotion. Defeat at Bayview takes it to the final day against Accies as long as Stenny get the win, and a draw at Stenny would probably suffice for us given our superior goal difference. It's all ifs and buts at the moment. It's only this season that our paths have crossed again after a 27 year hiatus in League games. We did have a League cup win over them in 2020 when Shane Sutherland scored the only goal of the game. We have been pretty dominant this season so far scoring nine goals and conceding one in the first meeting this season in a 4-1 win in the Highlands. Incidentally, our 0-2 away win this season had a crowd of 601. Our overall Head 2 Head meetings with East Fife is good with 10 wins, two defeats and two draws in the 14 fixtures played since we first locked horns in a Scottish Cup tie in 1996. That one ended in a 1-1 draw: A team of volunteers cleared a 2 inch covering of snow to allow this game to go ahead. The first chance fell after 5 minutes to East Fife's Trinidadian Arnold Dwarika but Jim Calder saved his 25 yard drive. Two minutes later Calder touched a Robert Scott shot round the post. Five minutes later lain Stewart had the home fans roaring when he opened the scoring - a long pass from Graeme Bennett found Stewart with a little space on the right edge of the area and he chipped (surprise surprise) the ball over Lindsay Hamilton. It was nearly two in 15 minutes but Richard Hastings 30 yard free kick flew narrowly past the post. The home side had other first half chances through Stewart and Hercher and East Fife came close in 41 minutes when Calder touched away a David Beaton free kick. The home side continued to impress in the second half and had excellent chances through Teasdale and Hercher. In 78 minutes East Fife drew level - Alex Hamill slipped the ball to Dwarika on the right and without breaking stride he curled the ball into the top right-hand corner of the net from 25 yards. Caley Thistle fought back but could not find the net - their best effort was 6 minutes from time when a well timed tackle from John McStay foiled Alan Hercher. The home side were disappointed not to have held on to their lead and East Fife headed south greatly relieved. <Both reports by Ian Broadfoot> The replay was also drawn 1-1 thanks to an injury time equaliser from Alan Hercher who cancelled out Scott's opener on 75min. A tremendous victory for Caledonian Thistle but only after an injury time equaliser in normal time and the drama of penalty kicks. The match was played at a furious pace on a wet and windy evening and several hundred Inverness fans witnessed an historic victory. East Fife had the better of the first half as the visitors battled into the gales - the best chances for the home side fell to Mark Donaghy who hit it over the bar in 8 minutes and to player/manager Steve Archibald who did the same from 6 yards in 24 minutes. Caley Thistle dominated the penalty shoot out with the home players clearly very nervous. Iain Stewart, Mike Noble and Daisy Ross all scored for the visitors while East Fifes Allan hit it over the bar, Jim Calder saved from Hope and McStay scored. At 3-1 Colin Mitchells penalty was saved by Hamilton but the match was over when Hutcheon hit the post. A superb night for Caley Thistle and a place in the last 16 of the Cup. East Fife are still requiring points to be safe at the bottom end and with Accies having a vastly superior goal difference then every point is a prisoner for the Fifers. After three draws in a row, the last draw being a comeback point from 2-0 down v Stenny, they then lost 1-0 at Montrose but stunned Peterhead with a 2-1 win at Bayview before last weeks 2-0 defeat at Alloa. 5. I think Calum Macloed has been outstanding and cannot think of a better right back in the league . I think its very telling that teams without Devine and Macloed have struggled to win.
  6. Were it not for the 5 point deduction, we would have become league champions yesterday. (That’s assuming of course that everything this season turned out the same as it would have if we did not have the deduction!)
  7. Don’t want to too picky as it’s a strong TOTY but if Oscar MacIntyre had been allowed to play /start in more ICT teams he would have IMO had a good case to be in the mix for the left back position. bc
