  1. Stayed there 7 or 8 years ago at New Year. The hills must have been clagged out as I don't have any shots taken from the hotel. Another easy one:
  2. Switched to Peffermill 3G, 7.15 KO.
  3. What's the story, Balamory. Going there for a few days at the end of January. It was the Cuillins from Portree.
  4. Probably only one island left then. It’s a telephoto shot.
  5. @Scarlet Pimple, I’ve got plenty of eagle shots, but that’s what we in the trade call a Herring Gull ?
  6. To quote yourself, it's on an island ?
  7. Here's one in the meantime
  8. Thought this would be simple but ?. I'm assuming that's a station there.
  9. Spot on. Neil Gunn also had a house in Dochfour Drive. He died in 1973. I'm sure he must have been at a Caley game sometime but can't prove it ? I was collecting Neil Gunn first editions when I was younger, and my son Niall is named after him. I got a couple of signed first editions from the wifie in the Victorian Market, must have been about 1992. The monument is 'Kenn and the Salmon' from 'Highland River'.
  10. And sometimes AT the football if nobody's watching ? This one should be easy, but there is a Caley connection:
  11. You got it. Well, technically, it's Clynelish. The old Brora distillery is just behind it and is set out like a museum.
  12. Not Glenmorangie...
  13. About half a mile off the A9 ?
  14. I was going to put the lighthouse up as a clue ? Where's this?
  15. Here's another church for you:
  16. I think you overestimate us ? Can give you plenty of islands it isn't ? I think I would narrow it down to Skye or Mull. Edit - Got it... Uig.
  17. Confirmed as 7.30 pm at NDP. In the event of Bonnyrigg winning the Lowland League and the playoff against Brora or whoever, this will be an SPFL venue next season. Lothian Buses 31 Bonnyrigg service takes you right outside the ground. The stop is Bonnyrigg Toll. Lothian Buses service 31 Polton Mill - the bus takes a right turn at the toll and stops at Dobbies Road. You have to walk back to the toll, about 200m. None of the drinking howffs in Bonnyrigg can be wholeheartedly recommended ?, although there are 4 or 5 within 2-300m of the ground, including the social club which is at the ground but no longer connected to BRAFC, and the Calderwood right at the bus stop. The best pub in the district is the Laird & Dog at Lasswade, on the bus route, about 1 mile before Bonnyrigg.
  18. That's not a doocot is it? I don't think the islands have any. More clues needed...
  19. Thought Dervaig at first, but it’s not. Was at Croick recently btw
  20. Meh. ICT in the Cup is usually the highlight of the season for me. I’ll need to be offered a lift and plied with drink to attend this, when I’ve got Bonnyrigg v Clyde just along the road which will draw double the crowd.
  21. I can see very little gets past you ? That's Arkle behind.
  22. One wife’s enough for me, ugly or otherwise.
