I can't take the credit for it. It was a Tichy_Black's_Back and CaleyD joint effort I think. Some folk asking for more blue in it but surely the idea of the away strip is that it's completely dissimilar from the home strip? Anyway the home shirt has a helluva lot of blue in it !!

Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't all these signings just being given contracts till the end of the season? Why is that? ....So the players can showcase themselves at ICT and then leave for another club in the summer?..... So the club doesn't have to renew their contracts for next season when ICT is in the 1st division? ....So that they can do a job for 6 months and keep ICT in the SPL, then leave for nothing thereby putting ICT back to square one, squad wise, for the beginning of the following season?......So they have 6 months to prove themselves worthy of an extended contract?.... hmmm

Under the current circumstances I would go for Robbo with Barry as assistant. I'm not a fan of re-signing a previous manager but the advantage is that he knows the club and the players so shouldn't take long in getting settled into the job!

I think it's becoming apparent that the board have decided to keep the faith with Brewster. A huge gamble IMO. If we avoid relegation then maybe we'll all be eating humble pie come the end of the season. However, and this is a big HOWEVER, if we're relegated then the board's position would then become untenable. Where will that leave the club next summer? Managerless and Boardless?

Next sunday's defeat will be last chance saloon for the board to take action. The new manager MUST be given ALL of January to hire & fire! It's obvious that Brew will not admit to his mistakes but will the board be man enough to admit their mistake of hiring the wrong man ?

I actually agree with Craig's last point. We do need a freshness in the January window. A new manager would be a great start !
