  1. Stop Kyle! He is the thorn in our side.
  2. This isnt the first time this has happened. My father was an announcer at the stadium for years. He also did so for no charge. Once he started to voice his concerns re the running of the club he was shunted out of the post for someone else who was getting paid for the job! This was of course after training the person on how to work the system etc! My father voiced his opinions at board meetings direct but this cost him. For years the board of this club have been clueless. It is a jobs for the boys club and until we have a clean break it will continue that way. It is the same "boys" that got is relegated last year due to their dithering over sacking Brewster but it took them 30 seconds to get rid of CaleyD. I think a few songs will be in order for next week!
  3. He will be at least as loud as then as he didn't join us on the train for that one! I am led to believe from a good source that IHE will be gracing us with his presence. I just have to explain to the wife that not only has she got a full on twechter in Seoras McShinty staying but now has the Psycho Nurse as well! Also the poor Lesbians at the Karaoke will not know what has hit them. Looking like we will all be on the 1212 from Central so may see some more off you there.
  4. There will be the normal crew meeting up at Central. Looking at the 1157 or 1227 train. For those travelling from Glasgow, there are fares online for around ?6 return!
  5. I shall be in the Innes with Mr K. See you there.
  6. Ah but he has aleady signed elsewhere has he not? Even if there was a chance he is no where near fit enough.
  7. Great day out and thank to all.
  8. I still believe he got the ball and am sticking to it. As people have said, Barry did what Barry does, leave his foot in, fall like the panto villian and moan and claim the foul. He has done it for years to great effect for ICT. More of a worry is that I have started to speak Aberdonian. Must lay of the Tiger Beer!
  9. I suppose in one way it was what we all want from a football match, a bit of everything. Rooney was clearly taken out in the second half leading to Butcher getting sent to the stand. I even had a Queens fan agree with me so it must be true. I had the pleasure of meeting the ref outside and voiced all our concerns to him in a polite and constructive manner! I also had the pleasure of meeting Barry Wilson who was like a little lost boy when he came up and tried to explain himself. He called over Grant Munro to ask if it was a foul but Grant's defence of Barry wasnt exactly resounding. He claim that he was dissapointed that ICT didnt win didnt go down will with the Queens fans next to us either!
  10. There can be a room on the Sunday if required IHE. Trust me Alex, there were will certainly be a carry out.
  11. Looking like a good bunch on the 1145!
  12. Looking forward to it. Only downside is not getting a beer at the station before we leave! Hopefully see a few people at Queens Street for the 1145.
  13. It was a searching and in depth interview regarding what it is like being with such a hero as Rosscoe as well as her address and phone number!
  14. If it is ?15 then it is likely to be the stand as the terrace would be cheaper.
  15. Looking forward to getting my first away game of the season taken care off. See you at 1130 at what used to be Coopers in Central. The Black Bull could be the place as our old haunt has closed down sadly.
  16. I shall be making the trip from Glasgow along with King Beastie and the mini Beastie, Queen Beastie and Mooncat. Mrs Jaggie shall be joining us for the drinking and the fun bits but sensibly missing the football!
  17. One last thank you to those who attended the service last week, it was really good to see you. Also thanks to the Supporters trust who arranged a lovely bunch of flowers. Roger
  18. Only putting this out as I have had a couple of texts from people looking for info re the service for my mother, I in know way expect lots of ICT's finest turning up. If you do I will be delighted to see you, if you dont, see you at my next game but for those that have been asking it is 11am at Crown Church, Inverness. Colour is welcome but optional. At least my mothers last send off is up the Hill! Again thanks to all and see you at my next game. Life goes on so we must all be strong.
  19. Just home and read the post from Ken. It is a very accurate account of a very moving service. Thanks for attending and thanks for the post. Thanks again to all those here for your posts and wishes. Hope to see you soon to thank you in person. Roger
  20. Hello this is Tricia, Rogers sister. This is the first time I've sat down and read all your messages of support. I want to thank you and assure you that we are all drawing strength from these, especially Roger who knows many of you personally. I made the mistake of looking at a certain journalists webpage this evening and can't help but wonder why he hasn't been to the police with his evidence and why it is that his pictures were on the net before they were passed to the police - if they were. Unfortunately there are some very sick and twisted people in this world who will do anything for a quick buck but frankly my Mum was worth an infinite amount more than he will ever be. What goes around comes around and I would hope that his come uppance is imminent. Once again thank you all for your messages of support, they really do help.
  21. Thanks again to you all. I am sending this from Bangkok and I can say at 1025 ourtime on Friday, my mother has not died. She is very ill and it is not looking positive but she did not die yesterday afternoon as reported. Dont feel bad re links etc this news is down to one journalist who is based in Bangkok who is currently in Australia who has spread the news that she has already left us. She may not come out of her coma but his vermin had no right to spread this shocking story. For anyone who is interested, his name is John Le Fevre. Speak to you all soon.
  22. Feel free to use my real name all. I thought I would post as once I head over I will be out of contact for a week or so. I just want to thank all that have passed on their kind remarks and to any that pass them on after this. It helps all the family to know that there are good people out there thinking of us at this hard time. I will be printing the comments that appear and passing them onto my father when I see him and he will be touched. Many thanks again and see you soon. Roger Riach
  23. Cant wait. See all the folks in the Innes around 1pm.
  24. Anywhere with a train station, pub and chip shop! Looking forward to Dumfries by train for the first time as I hated being the driver everytime we went in the past!
