Thats why he shouldn't get anywhere near the team again. He was at fault for the goal today and those kind of mistakes could have cost the game and maybe get us relegated. He is good to laugh at but thats not what we need just now He is as good as anyone in defence, tackling and can distribute fairly creatively. He and Tokers are the Ebony and Ivory of lanky wing backs.

This poster is correct.

Good middle third, but not so good at the start and end. At last Morais gets his chance and proves himself worthy of the gamble. Well taken goals as all will see on the beeb. Imrie on the other hand faffed about when is position trying to make sure. Yes he ran his heart out again, but as has been said so often on here -not a striker! I hope that Phillipe will be a first choice start, as, on todays showing, he is by far the best option. Can he be consistent? How long will iotr take for oppositions defenders to nitice him and react accordingly? This is all eggs in one basket territory! Fraser did alright shot stopping, but will not stop Esson returning. Kicking was erratic. The first goal was a bit of a double brain freeze by Lionel and Granty, but otherwise both did enough. We rode our luck on a couple of occassions in the second half, but hey three points is good! Special mention for both Kerr and Foran who were great today. I am a happy bunny, but not enough to be blindly optimistic about Pittodrie. So shoot me.

Stewarty had an extended injury layoff and when he came back he was a much lesser player. This may have been due to us moving up a level, or just loss of form. But when he was good he was breathtaking. Why was footie so much better in the worse divisions?

What team in russia does he play for??? FC Terek Grozny they are from Chechnya and are apparently owned by president of Chechnya , spending loads of dosh at moment and had a 2 million offer for Marius turned down 2 million! Jeez, that's about ?18.45, isn't it?

Hear a bell faintly ringing, but the old memory is not as good as it was. I hear a bell faintly ringing, oh I've said that. Refresh for those who came in late.

Quite Jimmy Johnson - sh1te Gordon Strachan - cr4p Archie Gemmill - rubb1sh Zander has nevr been given a full tryout, but from what I have seen he has a lot to offer, at this level.

Why? He might be a lovely bloke. Renegade are you trying to tell us something WHY NOT :thumb04: If it's a homophobic assault, I hope the little creep is hammered with the full force of the new law.

It used to be a most excellent crack in the old days going on there and winding them up. They would then return the compliment, in the unlikely event that they had something to wind us up about. Happy naive carefree days, pre SPL.

I think Killie were way worse than Falkirk, but the Bairns next few games should, and I hope, will, see them collect nil/zero/nada points. Thereby giving them an insurmountable head start in the relegation stakes, prior to the split when, as we know all the gates open and all Heck will burst forth.

Must have jumped in to fill the gap left by Morais.

This always amuses me when club's change managers. Every good result/performance is always down to the new regime's "immediate impact" but when the wheels come off it's purely due to legacy of the old regime and their "incompetence". That's why stepping into this job must have been a dream scenario for TB/MM. Stay up and they are heroes for the rescue, relegated and it's all someone else's fault. Wish my job was like that! The 64 million dollar question is when does it stop being the old regimes fault? When we're safe from the threat of relegation, and TB/MM can look at running the team their own way instead of playing to dig themselves out of a mess someone else left them in. I'd say the start of next season. Think both u and TMFTJ are right, it is only fair to judge from the start of next season. TB/MM will be given the chance to work with Morais, Gathuessi (if ever fit) and Pavels who were brought in by the previous regime and Kerr, Foran and Eric who they brought in. We should have enough to do the job. Equally, the time has come to stop blaming the old regime. No. I think they are still learning what their squad is capable of, the best perumtations and so on. This will take a fair amount of time, but they have no room to experiment just now. Until they get that space, they are still dealing with someone else's legacy.

So this'll be the start of the Butcher Must Go campaign then? Summons up "The Twenty"!

I'd be very interested to find out why Finnigan wasn't offside for the first. Bloody awful attempt at a clrearance for Pavels for the 2nd, like a poncy wee flick. Main culprit. And yes, Esson got the man and not the ball, quite unnecessarily, but it looked more like an error of judgement than anything deliberate. Fourth was very well taken. Yes, I too was thinking of the day we goot gubbed by Clyde 5-0 a few seasons ago, but, and mark this well, it did not start a run of failures. Put a line under it, bad day at the office. Terry has come home from his honeymoon and finds that he has a lot to do.

Ive been a caley fan for a good few years and i cant remember there ever being any decent competition for munros place in the team. I feel he has become over confident of his place in the team. He is one of the ones who really does need a boot up the a**e. He nos he will always be in the team and since hes captain no1 will replace him You think Esson shold be playing centre back? Listened on the radio, and that was close enough for me. Looking forward to the BBC video, to try to get to the truth of some of these flash points.

Nice bit of work there, mate. I think it fairly likely that we will win the league next season, if we stay up.

Time to sell yer dads old computer Ron!!! Is it not to do with the speed of connection fro the server? some times of day the broadband speed drops off big style. HOT TIP!!! When you click to play, immediately afterwards, pause. This will allow the file to "buffer up" and load into memory. Watch the wee line below the play pointer. When the file is in, click play, and it should run without stalling. Works with most sticky youtube files, but the BBC may be different.

He'll be offski!

He seemed to have trouble with his Dundee and Dundee Utd's. Not good.

No-one seemed confident to put their foot on the ball in the 2nd half. Even Blackie was content to hoof. Question...did we miss Russell (Cousteau) Duncan. Holding onto the ball is what he does. There seemed to be nothing coming out of the midfield, and Imrie with his poor first touch and lack of bulk missed just about every long ball going. He is no Graham Bayne. In addition Rooney never got the ball at his feet eenough to do anything with it. And the sheer surrealism of seeing Hastings and Proctor as wing forwards beat all. One thing is sure though, last week we saw 10 men in an attacking formation and this week we saw gawd knows how many defenders. At least we cant accuse Terrynjune of being predictable. They seem to work contingently and play whomever is appropriate, much better than having an in-crowd, as previously. So happy to see an exciting game, but one that at least left us happy at the end. Bring on the Bairnies!

Not "not pretty", ugly as a Dingwall whooer, (so I am told). Spoke to Phillipe Morais at Blockbusters (Die Hard 4.0 he had, since you ask) and he confirmed that Terry felt he was too much of a ball-player for today, and perhaps for the rest of the season. "Next season, we play football" sez Terrynjune. 3pts, I'll take'em.

The wind doesnt blow across the park as anyone who has ever been to game knows. It moves round but its most frequent direction is diagonally from SW to NE corners, even then probably more skewed to the SW. It comes up the glen, but the Moray Firth Maltings puts a bit of side on it. I have once or twice seen it coming from the NE, and when it does it brings snow with it. Watch what way the rats are facing. That is a good clue.

Now where is my book of anagrams?

Dunno about that, it was certainly more justified than Lennon/Dargo, as at least contact was made. I too would like to think we are above that sort of sim, but then again, there is no reason why we should be. Wilson and Christie made a meal of most things. As for diving in the box, all strikers have a go, some are just "down easy", whereas others are called cheats, it is really just a fine line. However, it is one thing getting a foul or penalty, and quite another trying to ruin a chap's livelihood. If you watch old film of George Best, you will see him ride tackles, like he had to finish whatt he started, tackles that would floor a striker today. Just a different game now. But if you are going to do it, do it well.
