  1. Wait a minute, that's eight candidiates!
  2. hahaha I dont remember that. I wonder how whe felt when he heard the news that Brew was coming back!!
  3. Yep, I remember that. Two of them exactly the same within 5 mins of each other. That game was his calling card. I mind Robson scoring a cracking curver at Tinkwall in div 1.
  4. This is 100% correct, except it is Sutton and Knox. From a member of the Heathmount Mafia in exile. Which is nice.
  5. I did, I was sure it was going in the net :thumb04: Looking forward to seeing it, and hopefully silence the naysayers who doubt Imries quality. He will continue to improve and shake off the "Mr. Inconsistent" tag. A top acquisition.
  6. Not really surpsising. Coming on here in the first place will hardly have enhanced his prospects. Yeah, but was he one of "The Twenty"???
  7. Whether Robbo and SUtherlad had a bit of history, is neither here nor there. They obviously made a bad decision ast time, and shouldn't want to compound it by making another one. In other words, lets hope they have learned a lesson, but which one???
  8. That's a cracker, as another Irish "gentleman" would say!
  9. No, me neither. Dont rate him. OSSY OUT NOW! He sounds dire. Swapping one eejit for another. BUTCHER MUST GO!! Robertson's had his chance. ROBBO, ROBBO GTF!!!
  10. I think the right man coming in could put this right overnight. I think a new man would find it very easy to get some goodwill going. That's the honeymon effect. But they will need to keep it going to keep us safe.
  11. Someone is going to be gounded!
  12. I had the same thought, but Black's statement has a bit of a diplomatic edge, perhaps stangely so. Footie is full of repeatedly crossed paths though, isn't it.
  13. This is correct. What people will do for some column inches. My boss has said too, that they better not come asking to get me released.
  14. Yep, as we suspected about Black. Which is surely indicative of how far CB had got from acting to the benefit of the club. Not totally sure I believe the Partick story, however, as he is now free from Cup tie, should Hearts want him early. Will be interesting to see if he plays in the next round.
  15. I think it's pathetic that you automatically look to County for a replacement! Is it a pre-requisite for the majority of signings? Like the local Tesco, it's cheap and convenient ! Barrowman????????????????????? And you can generally take them back and exchange them if they're faulty. Hahaha
  16. At my desk. Always...at my fekkin desk.
  17. Charlie runs the centenary club on a full time basis, and I think that he is probably happy with that. Russell will not be "found out", he is flawed as a player, as all our guys are, but his benefits outweigh his liabilities. Unless a better replacement can be found, of course. Curiously, Russell's comments seem to contradict Blackie's about knowing it was coming and who was to blame. Malkie's dressing room valediction was quite touching though.
  18. I think Robbo should be put in charge as of now. He has a track record, knows the story, has been a regular spectator, is Inverness minded. Then at the end of the season, start a real recruitment process, given that Robbo might just have a head start. We need a response NOW! And Grassa aint the answer.
  19. Yeah, good luck Brew. To accentuate the positives... Good attitude to discipline and fitness, and showed that, with proper regime, an extended career was possible. Some good signings, and brought on some of the younger lads. Brought "out" some interesting prejudices in the matter we are not allowed to speak about. Played really well when he played.
  20. I think Grassa has had a pop before and won, but I would agree, Robbo till at least the end of the season!
  21. Great! Not the end, not the beginning, but maybe the end of the beginning of the end!
  22. No, that would be the Tarry Ile. Anyone Bennet meets at the Caley Club are going to be mates, with loads of history. Many may not even go to games. An accredited sample of the ICT fan they are not. I would love to know what they do say to him, though.
  23. I will be delighted to support the club in Div 1, if I have to, but I will not be buying a season ticket if that eejit is still at the helm. There is still bags of time to turn this around, but our trajectory would suggest otherwise.
  24. Whats the point in keeping him if he isn't going to play ? Way to go ;) :015: No point. So play him. Black has never said he didn't want to play. Everything I know about Black as a player tells me he will be committed as soon as he walks out on that pitch. Or perhaps we shouldn't play Gatthuesi, Cowie, Byrne, Vigurs, Imrie, Morais, Barrowman or the big Lithuanian whose name escapes me. They won't want to risk injury either given there's every chance they won't be here long-term. Black will do his best for ICT. No doubt about that. Ageed. His professional pride would demand that. His track record too, as one of our most consistent players would indicate that he was not in it for the ride. To not play him would indicate that there was a deep ego conflict at work. And what a keeker!
  25. There's just no logi in him dropping BLackie he's the best player we have at present and has been fairly constistent for ages. This just adds fuel to the argument that Brew needs t go NOW!!! The keeker? Was it still there?
