Appeals procedure
Not looking at a conspirisy, just stating that the proceedure is a joke. If I was trying a "they all hate us" thread I would have put it in the ICT forum. The point I am making is that the whole disaplinary system needs to be overhauled to stop all teams manipulating the system. Not all posts with a gripe are conspirisy theories unless you follow the Old Firm

Appeals procedure
Celtic have now withdrawn their appeal against Van Dykes red card. The ban would have made him miss the game against us but now misses game at Kilmarnock. Surely they have just chosen which game he missed. This is just a farce and another **** up with the SFA

Scottish Cup Quarter Final
Just in case anyone has forgotten we play Dundee United tomorrow in the Scottish Cup giving us a great chance for our 3rd cup semi final in two seasons. Not bad for a small team with no supporters.

Cup Final Ticket Allocation
Why would it be an unrealistic expectation for there to be in excess of 10,000 at Parkhead for our first major final ? St Mirren and Kilmarnock each with similar home crowds to ours each took circa 16,000 to their recent League Cup finals. Motherwell which has a smaller population than Inverness took over 20,000 to Hampden for their last major final and our neighbours from Dingwall took 16,000 to theirs. Nobody is being negative or critical of those who are going who will support their club with pride and passion no matter how many or how few we are but there's no getting away from the fact that for whatever reason we have failed to engage with the casual supporter or non supporter in the way that most provincial clubs do on these occasions. Aberdeen will be backed by roughly four times their core home support whilst we will have just over twice ours. What I will say is that there is one final opportunity ahead to capture the imagination of those who have not yet bought tickets. Tomorrow's match is live on terrestrial TV. A victory and an entertaining performance backed up by a healthy noisy crowd might spark the enthusiasm of the waverers an a last minute mini surge of sales. Paisley to Hampden 16 miles, 30 mins travel, Kilmarnock to Hampden 50 odd miles ! hours travel not exactly the 4 hour journey any "casual" ICT fan would have to make. As for our friends across the bridge this was at a time when playing in games against big teams was rare. I wonder how many they would take now? Your point about how many times more than the core of the Aberdeen support than ours backs up my point. Where were the other 28500 today. Dingwall to Hampden how far ? and what does it matter that there will be 30,000 Dons fans at Parkhead who weren't at the Hill of Dung today. My whole point is they, like almost every other provincial club in the country, have been more successful proportionately in engaging those who don't normally attend than we appear to have been. And my point is that I don't care about attracting them. We fans that will be there are all that matter.

Cup Final Ticket Allocation
For all those on here fawning over the 40,000 tickets Aberdeen have sold, I ask you one question. Where were the other 28500 at todays home quarter final of the bigger Scottish Cup. If we took just 3000 fans I wouldn't care as those fans would be there to support the team and not attending for the sake of seeing a team with a passing interest in winning a trophy for the first time this century. When I take my place in Parkhead I will be watching the 11 players who represent my club and therefore me and don't care if I was the only one with my ICT colours on. I can't believe a true Caley Jags fan would start this thread let alone some of the truly negative and unrealistic expectations. We are what we are and I for one am very proud of this. #togetherNESS

Orion Group Sponsorship
I heard County have a new sponsor next season. Southern Highland Institute of Technology and Enterprise. I am told their manager will also be sponsored by Global Offshore Banking as well as the S.H.I.T.E.

Cup final seating
I don't know about seating but now Steven MacLean has been named as referee for the final, I will be standing and shouting abuse from start to finish no doubt. How can a Ross County players brother referee a ICT game?. A Rangers players brother would not get a Celtic game

Pub for Final?
Aberdeen fans I know say this will be a designated ICT bar with no Abersheep allowed. Hope this is true.

Cup final allocation
Aberdeen are saying the red seats in the LL stand are a mistake and if you zoom in on their web site they are actually white and will be allocated to us if we sell all the seats marked in blue

Inverness CT -V- Hearts
I'm going to break my own rule and comment straight after I have returned from the match but not about the game but about some of our so called "supporters". I sit in the main stand and have, for the first time ever, turned on a man and woman who were supposed to be ICT fans. My wife was applauding the team off the pitch and these people asked "How can she clap that p!sh and the team are a disgrace." He got it with both barrels and was told in no uncertain terms that I'd rather see us in an empty stadium than have his so called support. People have the right to be disappointed but should not have a go at fans supporting the team. We have driven about a thousand miles in the last fortnight supporting the team ( my wife was the lady on Sportscene before the Stranraer game) and if this is the kind of idiot who are coming to games I for one don't want them. Rant over.

Scottish Cup Quarter Final Draw
- Stranraer -V- Inverness CT
Terrible conditions, small and rutted pitch but In my opinion one or two players didn't adapt we'll enough. Watkins and Shinnie didn't play we'll, Drapes gave the ball away too often and a referee who should not be near a football ground. The good points are we are still in the cup and it was a good old fashioned day out. Onwards and upwards.- Stranraer Roll Call
Already in Stranraer it's a horrible cold day. The wife, me and two Westies all going after long drive last night from Nairn.- Stranraer -V- Inverness CT

- Whats with the pre semi-final nerves?
Wow, I have read a post from Dougal without wanting to delete it. I totally agree with this- Poll : Billy Mckay's price tag
I can't vote 'til I get home but would say this: The club have no debt, made a small profit last year and are one game away from a national cup final and could be set for another top four finish and have a chance of another cup quarter final. Billy is an integral part of us being in this position. How do you put a price on this?- Greg Tansey
Greg had a hernia op. about a year ago and according to a physio who knows him has struggled since. Hopefully a new start with us is what he needs. I have heard competition was from Motherwell, Port Vale and Newport. - Stranraer -V- Inverness CT
