  1. IHE always entertaining .LOL
  2. Well Gordon won't come unstuck becasue his head is so far into the sand that only his tail will come off...... And Darling Bhoy is in even deeper and looks a totally absolute liability. They will be selling off Government buildings till the cows come home to make a dent in this incredible pile of debt. It would be easier and better all round if they gave all the money back to the people instead of shoring up defaulting ruinous businesses. In Canada the car workers at the plants in Ontario have been getting $83 per hour including benefits. Compare that to the wage of a bus driver in the city of Vancouver at about $30 plus good holiday package or the $45 per hour I was charging my clients when I was still in business last year which included all expenses of running the service business plus a wage for yours truly.Believe me I had to work like a dog to make a living. No Union for me putting their employer's feet to the fire
  3. Oh well if you don't like the Caey Thistle players you can always go to Private 2Private and slook at the video of the Rangers game tomorrow I suppose. Not me though. ICT or nothing
  4. That's PR not -R....sigh Smile.
  5. Now, if only we can retain our SPL status then all this -R and stuff you re talking about would be just great!
  6. Go on take the chance --you will never look back!
  7. Are you single Manfer?
  8. It does not appear as if he will be prevailed upon to pick the team any time soon so...let sleeping dogs lie and see what positivity he can bring to the overall unit.
  9. Yes Howdenender but you dohave to give them a chance to develop and produce.
  10. Latviaman Maybe you forgot to put the heading in the Subject line. I forgot a couple of times recently and the email just disappeared but was never sent because I later noticed that it did not show in the "SENT" messages section. Try checking this but otherwise send me an email to my private email address ... I will send it to you. Anyway I was wondering why you had not replied but I hope the info I gave you was helpful. Cheers S. P.
  11. Internet Explorer has caused me a lot of grief too Scotty.. And I lost two rather long posts on the forum there recently. I was well...miffed but I was not going to repost the whole thing again especially why I had no idea why it happened in the first and second place(s). And I would not try any BETA stuff from Microsoft under any circumstances despite their desperae efforts for you to download Ie8 so you can bear the brunt of their mistakes whilst they learn from you. Betas are not betta, they are worse.
  12. Naething personal of course.
  13. IHE if I was as smart as yersel I would boast too.
  14. LOL
  15. If he touched the ball first then he MUST have gone for the ball instead of the man. In this circumstance was it not impossible for him to avoid falling down at which point he was not in control of his legs even if they were attached to his hips.? And therefore was it his fault that said DU player was unable to stop (being in full flight, like), took one or two further steps and then in a fankle fell over the poor lad's prone pins? Shocking decision by the ref despite the fact that had said DU player been able to keep his feet he would have again been able to collar the ball because it would STILL have made no difference since Zebi Djadi would have by then upended him like a big horse falling at Beechers brook . :thumb04: End of story.
  16. He also appears to be a dedicated fan of ICT and his heart obvviously lies inthe footballing Highlands. So? A good choice --------------------------------- ---at first sight
  17. I don't think for a moment anyone is trying to impugn Robbo's integrity but I agree with 442 on this one. A big 5 for him. A bit tacky and rather obvious ploy from the start. He can write his opinions as a fan in the paper can he not? But he is so close to Management that any kind of comment that can be construed as negative may undermine TB's efforts here and, IMHO, a diplomatic silence would be more supportive and positive in the delicate situation that ICT currently finds itself in.
  18. caley234ey With Mr Butcher you may get your wish. Both Imrie and Odhiambo put in twice as much effort as Barrowman, I am afraid. If Barrowman had been quicker to put pen to paper earlier in the season there might be a little bit more empathy for his position. The real mystery is how was he able to plonk them in at County but seems to be really ...well....ineffective at ICT these days. The stark problem facing us now is that we can only succeed with hard determined grafters not just fellas waiting for the ball to land at their feet. Mind you, maybe he needs some TLC from Butcher and then he will come on a ton like Zebi-Jadi who has been a revelation with his grit and passion. Lwt's hope so.
  19. So Lionel is not perfect but when the heart -stopping moment is upon us--heh, up pops Lionel and miraculously saves the day!. What a guy! Gotta love him.
  20. I have just seen the highlights on the BBC from yesterday's match and had it not been for Zebi Jadi's quickthinking lunge that robbed the DU player of the ball at the last minute, and got it over the goal line DU may well have scored. If Imrie had hit the ball harder, when his hard work gave a gift of a chance ,then Odhiambo had to score but this foxes paws was mirrored by Wood's total blooter over the bar later on. I am on here on record as saying that I do find it somewhat daunting why professional players do this. Nerves obviously and anxious to connect as quickly as possible with the ball no doubt .However, if he had just kept a bit cooler and at least got the ball on target at a lower level, even if he had not scored, at least he would be not wasting opportunities. But he does try hard and is mobile for a big lad. Barrowman cannot get a place in this team I don't think because he is not determined and aggressive enough (Imrie is a bustler, Barroman is not IMHO) and ICT need that type of player to really make headway now. Foran --relatively anonymous. If he is not fit he had better put in extra training. Duncan DID get the ball and the DU player ran at least two steps further before he fell. It was, unfortunately, spectacular of course but a very harsh decision by the ref who otherwise was fair and not unkind to ICT. Regrettably it was a decision that probably lost ICT the match .... I was impressed by the upbeat nature of ICT's work and generally cool defending. But Dundee United belie their position in the league by much of their play being unproductive and pedestrisan. They did score but it was a poor non-skillfull goal and as the commentator said..."what was Ryan Esson doing baubling the ball....?" They are not a slick silky team but work hard enough. ICT played some controlled football in attack and made a good few chances and can be a very good team again if they can only win a couple of games in the near future.
  21. Bellamuy? ? Hmmmm ,,,, His entry and exit to British clubs matches his pace...here today and gone tomorrow....
  22. hello HELLO- wish to pass ......................what? water?
  23. Nothing wrong with this Forum that a few new good contributing members would not fix. F resh blood required. Aty least as the man says there is a good deal less snotty remarks and an increase in the humourrecentl;y. thank goodness. As for Robbo-- kinda think his coming on here was a little bit tacky and not quite top-class -Manager-type -stuff. But that is just mho. :thumb04:
  24. Haven't seen Rooney since last August when he appeared to be acking in verve. Lackadaisical, like. His saving grace is that he can put them in the back of the net. I think TB should persevere with him but try to get him more excited about doing 1/2 as much work as Imrie then he could be a much more effective player. Currently he may still be a bit too limp for me.
  25. Wot no photgraph? Well that was short and sweet.
