Kilda --your'e a Saint...Smile.

I find that once I am past page 3 in a long thread I can't get back quickly to the list emanating from "View New Posts". I usually resort in despair to logging out then logging in again and then clicking on "View New Posts" again. I know there must be a simpler way but how does one do this. Scotty or Don is there a button, I am missing ,to allow me to do this at any time ? Thanks S.P.

Bring back the squirrell--all is forgiven....

Terry should keep Lionel--on form he is awesome and must strike the fear of death into quite a few defenders. What a grand spirit....eh?: Lionel, Lionel your'e so black And you are no half bad when you're on the attack Rampaging up and down the wing You appear to be determined to make your mark And show us all your mighty spark Keep it up and I'll arrange an intro to Footballer's Wife Who will hug you big and tell you that you are the "petal" thing So if you like living on the edge, courting trouble without the strife Grasp the nettle, show us your mettle, and see what happens when you offer to buy her a large diamond ring.

FW With my knowledge of you and my need to know being a daily occurrence tell me on the QT. You know you can trust me--spying is in my blood.

Just listen to yourselves folks. In one breath you say it's fine to cheat, even mandatory, if it means ICT can get a penalty and then in the same breath lambast Duncan for the same offence out in midfield. What on earth are youi talking about? With that kind of reasoning we can no doubt expect you also to cheat when it seems to suit your purpose...hmmmm? Come off it boys, cheating is cheating and it is not related to integrity or good conduct. Remember the saying.."watch out for treachery in others..... and in yourself"!

Feature On Brewster On Sky Sports News
Scarlet Pimple replied to FortressICT's topic in General Football
Now if he had gone into the team to show them all how to do it he would have got stuck with the situatuionand then every time the team faltered the recognised players would look woefully to Brew etc... No on for a Manager to be constantly "showing": his players what is required, methinks. -
Lizi :thumb04: :018: --- Lionel probably will sit out the next couple of games because they are so crucial but in truth he has accomplished as much as he has done "wrong" and I mention the last word advisedly because overall he deserves a heck of lot of praise. Anyway IHE is just winding you all up so match him word for word .... Go on , have a real go.

Manfer a midfield general? You mean a middle-aged general. :thumb04: And you should hear the things he says about Scarlet's typing. Streuth,he was telling me in the chatroom in front of all the lovely young things that I should get a key board like those calculators where the space between the keys is ...well...very large. I mean where is the respect for his elders these days. I was black affronted so ah wuz. MBwhatever--just take it all in your stride and don't take yourself too seriously and just give the saucy monkey as good as you get. That's what I say...

OOOOOOOH! you are back FW. Where HAVE you been all these months? Hope you are here to stay...

This is entertainment gents, would you prefer a stolid totally boring left back with no flair at all. Stuffy to a fault. You go to the fitba to have a good time and a thrill. Zebi achieved more than that for you --he plays his heart out--what more can you expect---- eh? And he is on the winning team so to speak. In other words his contribution is massive because HE INSPIRES THE TEAM TO TURN IT ON ALSO! SO IT DOES NOT MATTER A TUPPENY TOSS WHETHER HE MAKES A MISTAKE BECAUSE THAT IS ONLY A REMINDER THAT HE, LIKE US , IS HUMAN--AND BY THE WAY, AS THE FRIENDS HAVE POINTED OUT ON HERE, SO IARE MOST OF THE OTHER PLAYERS IN THE TEAM. lET'S FACE IT, ON OCCASION TODAY, ESSON WAS A BIT LUCKY IN THE BREAKS DEPARTMENT IT SEEMS. Oops sorry about the caps. Fingers bitten down to the stubs today. LOL Zebi for MOM in the cup.

I have said all along for long enough that the defence needed to be strengthened as a priority. Hopefully a contract with some kind of get-out clause could be arranged and should be arranged without further delay. Believe it, if this does not occur there are plenty of other clubs that will have noticed his progress and apparent steadiness. Vision please Board!

Sorry Jock about your age and all. No need to shout at me though > I am not deaf, just getting there gradually. I have been in Hibernation and woke up to get a drink of water from the icy lake. So now you are OVER 80..eh? That was a shock when I woke up and remembered I had forgotten to get back to you last June. Goodness JOCK--you are getting old. LOL Anyway, happy New Year Watch out for Sun stroke in a few months or so. Scarlet

Manfer --you are very funny , Grrrrrr! :thumb04: I type so fast that the keys get blurred and when I stop to view my work the letters are so small that I have to get out the magnifying glass, then the Alzheimers poses a problem since I forget where the mistakes are? It's not easy being old, grey, bad tempered and beautiful. But I am sure an online poll would quickly verify that I am still smarter than you . Yesssss! Great idea, though; I find the keyboard keys are far too close together ., It's a conspiracy against the baby boomers that's what it is. :018:

And just look at these pipe bands and how well fed they all look. LOL Vancouver and the Western Province of B.C. has a much milder climate than Eastern canada in general terms. This year we got a lot of snow but the East got dumped on continuously for more weeks than we did. Vancouver is on the latitude of Paris, France .-i.e. just above the 49th parallel which is about 100 miles South of us --the U.S. Border.-- where Seattle is in the North West of Washington State , U..S.A. The reason I tell you this is that Seattle (so named after the former Indian Chief Seattle) has been awarded the accolade of the most livable city in the U.S. No wonder ... wonderful Pacific ocean, skiing, yachting and boating and fishing galore, hiking etc.Sports. etc. which is of course what we all have in spades in Vancouver. Vancouver is a multi-cultural city but also has Chinese districs, Italian districts, East Indian districts and so on. There is virtually no anti-racial feelings and so we all basically get along and live and let live. Very pretty city (look it up online) also and probably the City with the largest gaming production facilities in the world. My stepson has enrolled in a gaming graphics course and has been doing well ($20,000 for a 6.-month crash course) but the current developing economic situation has him worried about obtaining a job in that industry after he graduates in May. It's good that he works at Kentucky Fried Chicken part time eh? Has established himself there and could become a Manager with the KFC if all else fails in the short term. He loves the graphics (what kid does not, sigh? ) and hopefully he will get an entry level job emptying garbage cans or something before too long. Frankly, ladies and gentlemen, I was 36 when I uprooted and left Scotland for Canada. I agree with Bob that this is a great country to come to . It is just up to you how flexible and determined you are to settle, work hard and make your mark. I would never deter any restless spirit from coming over here because no matter whether you love it or not, or whether you can be successful or not, you will grow from the experience and taking advantage of the opportunity is always a good thing. You actually have nothing to lose. And once you leave insular Britain for a year or so and then go back you will get a shock at how much you have changed. Currently, for example, the city of Vancouver is DESPERATE for bus drivers since retirements are increasing the transit requirements of the Lower Mainland (Vancouver and outlying districts) is expanding rapidly and many of the new Immigrants cannot speak sufficiently good English to qualify. There is a good job waiting for someone and I can tell you frankly that my son, who has been with Transit for many years and is classed as a veteran driver now, is telling me that any one who applies will get assistance and a fast track Immigration permit so, young men and women, here is a fine chance to get into Canada . Interested ? Get in touch with me or I will get my son's email address for you to discuss it with him. We have all been through this shuffle so you can count on Bob and I to be of assistance. Sorry to say this folks but the general consensus of opinion by informed former Brits now is ..thank goodness we got out in time --what future do you have in U.K. these days? P.M. BRown is now telling us that if they bale out the car makers as well, etc, then each British resident will owe 133,000 pounds as his/her share of the National Debt. .................... People come here without a word of English from the far reaches of the world but they go to ESL (English as a Second Language) classes, get stuck in, start to make progress ,and never look back. If you get any job and can survive and stay in Canada then your opportunities for progress in any area that you choose are good and ..you are a winner. Success and wealth can come later but once you get your foot in the door and say, "that's it I am not going back"...... then ...YOU ARE A WINNER, never a loser.

I cannot quite fathom out what all this is intended to achieve. Anyone interested in advising me.? I agree wholeheartedly with Caley D's post. They must increase the number of teams to 16 to avoid fans from becoming bored and if they reduce the teams to 11 each :thumb04: per SPL 1 and SPL 2 -it will be very bad for the fans enjoyment in MHO.

Well you can't say that John does not have a sense of humour...SP is warming to him.
