It's a question of respect!
Probably because Man United seldom lose at Old Trafford so he never finds himself in such a position where the crowd are getting on at him in the manner they were with Butcher and Malpas.

Next Saturday
Seems to be an "Old Firm" element creeping into our support. For the first time in 15 years we aren't 1) playing well or 2) in the top league (and therefore maybe expecting to get beaten most weeks) and fans talk of throwing their season tickets away

Team Age and Experience(or lack of)
He rejected us to sign for County. We would have to pay money for him and also there is no way he would leave a team doing well to a team stagnating in the middle of SFL1.
-
Eagle
He's far too slow for a wide man. He can't get past people to get a ball in. I think he has a reasonable cross on him but his inability to get away from his man hampers his chances to send one in.

Our Defence
One day some fans on this forum will recognise we never "got rid" of Mihadjuks.

Who is to blame?
You've not been whooshed. I was just playing on your comment about Bennet thumping the ball into the Firth when he played. Whilst this was quite feasible at the new ground I thought it was funny thinking about him doing it from Telford Street :(

Who is to blame?
You really are the most humourless person on this forum aren't you? Does no one on this forum have a laugh about anything anymore?

The Horror Show
Technicality! :025: As for Barrowman playing as the lone striker in a 4 - 5 - 1 :D (not mentioned on this thread but was mooted elsewhere)
-
The Horror Show
I must be the only person who doesn't think we played 4 - 5 - 1. We lined up 4 - 4 - 2 with "Juanjo" dropping back off Foran to pick up the ball from midfield and to collect any knock downs from Shagger. Just how I saw it anyway.

No Midfield
Keane scored the odd goal. Gago does absolutely nothing apart from kick people. Aquilani was excellent but still to really see anything of note from him at Liverpool. I also like Ya Ya Toure and Cambiasso as well.
-
No Midfield
Gago is garbage. He runs about the pitch kicking people Take your point about the different defensive midfielders. I thought you were lumping them all together hence why I brought up Pirlo. De Rossi is a cracking player.

Who is to blame?
Some talent to have done that from Telford Street!

My predictions for the rest of the
ICT will win the league! I BELIEEEEEEEEVE!

No Midfield
Gago! F'ck sake Gary! Whilst none of those players are renowned for their passing ability (apart from maybe Pirlo who is a wonderful passer of the ball) what they did do was perform simple short passes to retain the ball. Sadly Duncan struggles even with passes of around 5 yards. A pretty key skill for a midfielder to have!

The Horror Show
I think the majority of the team were well below par. I would have given pass marks to Esson, Munro, Hayes and Foran.

Steve Paterson's phone number?
What I find hilarious about this whole saga is this is the first time in the clubs history we have had a sustained period of poor results and a lot of the fans appear to be jumping ship already. We've spent ~ 1/3 of our existence in the SPL and the rest of the time we have been pushing at the top end of whatever league we have been in. We have never really been struggling like we are currently and as soon as we do supporters start bailing on the team.
-
A sackable offence
Very much so. We've been on one for a long time now and I don't see it getting any better sadly. We absolutely had to stay in the SPL last season and I really don't see us getting back there for a long time.

No Midfield
Personally I don't think you can have Duncan and Cox playing in the same team. They are far too similar. Cox appeared to be pushed further up the pitch yesterday. Don't think he was at all effective there.

It's a question of respect!
Vigurs and his brother are alleged to have been involved in a fight in Aberdeen after a night out.

Keep Butcher, Here's Why!
Most predictable post of the year :D
-
A sackable offence
I don't think relegation lies solely with Butcher. I view it as a cumulation of a number of factors. I am not Pro Butcher nor am I anti Butcher incidentally.

Is the G-word racist?
That looks like Tillydrone.
-
A sackable offence
You are getting at it in your earlier posts. My point is simply there are a number of factors as to what contributed to our relegation on the final day of the season. Tokelys sending off being perhaps the biggest one.
-
Is the G-word racist?
Let's call them minghawks.

Raith roll call
What a charmer you are - taking her to see ICT and then putting her up in a hotel in Kirkaldy  * *I jest of course :)
