Compare this dedication with the Scottish Gas man I got. After waiting several days for them to come and fix a problem, he turns up and says that for health and safety reasons he won't be able to take his tools out of the van and carry them 8 yards up the driveway. [criticism] I am in complete agreement with MrsICTFC as the temperature in Inverness has been fluctuating above and below zero which has allowed a partial thaw and then refreeze of the snow. When this snow/ice sheet shifts forward (and it does) the windscreen is completely obscured an even though the wipers may clear it this may take three or four swipes until visibility is clear again. In a premeditated crime such as smuggling, then they must live with the consequences of their actions. I'd say in a crime of passion that the assailant has temporarily diminished responsibility and they are not necessarily suffering from a mental illness.

I expect that IF we manage to offload a few players from the fringes THEN we can look to bring in a couple of new sigings or loan deals. We really still need to reduce the wage bill and strenghten the squad at the same time. Quality vs quantity. Every case should be dealt with on a case by case basis. Look at the case of Garry McKinnon who is fighting extradition to the US for hacking into Pentagon and NASA computers looking for evidence of UFOs. He did this in his own home without leaving the country. This man is to be tried in an American court which could impose a custodial sentence of up to 60 years (yes sixty) and he has definitely got a mental disorder. It would effectively be a death sentence for him as his health would deteriorate rapidly and is actually deteriorating with this case hanging over him. Reading of the case of Akmal Shaikh I feel no pity as he travelled to a country with a history of human rights issues, he must have known the possible consequences of his actions and been willing to take the risk for a chance of a massive payday.

Yes they will, they will prob drop more than enough points for us to win the league but then we would need to win nearly every game to do so and it's that part that is never going to happen. We will drop more points throughout the season and wont be close to to Dundee come the end I think. If i were Butcher, i would put this post up in the dressing room somewhere and let them see it, especially the bit in bold as it would be motivation for them.
