  1. Last week was last week and tomorrow if a totally different game. Go get em Nick if you are picked and the same message is for all our team on the park.
  2. Expect more ugly football on saturday. Mo Malpas in todays p&j saying a win more important than performance. Have to say dont care how we get there for this one just need 3 vital points.
  3. Ach,a point on a Wednesday night in Ayr isnae to be sniffed at,seem to mind it took a late dodgy penalty for you lads to scrape the same result at home a couple of weeks back! Seems we had far more chances once down to 10 men. Care to take the bottle of malt bet i offered Mannie in another thread? since he didnae respond :) Oh dear oh dear oh dear such bravado. dundee dont seem to travel well do they?
  4. Well supported Ayr for the first time. Great fun watching their site thanks mannie for that. We should do something similar. All the more essential we win sat. Lets do it yeh
  5. Was in the shop today at the stadium and they have pics in the window for St Patricks Day for the Irish contingent. So happy St Paddys day to Ritchie, Adam and Jonny from me.
  6. Was in shop about 11 this am and Maureen said the stand was all but sold out.
  7. Not voting either as really dont like either option. If its not Dundee but us instead well we wont care if they rebuild again will we and cant even comtemplate the other option offered.
  8. Voted for Rooney but could be Foran I reckon. He was really missed on sat and wish he was back for saturday. However, we wouldnt be in the position we are in now without the Rooney goals but will recognise that Ritchie has been the supply for some of them.
  9. saw on other topic that you were at grant st last night. you could have given us a clue but narrows down the field slightly.
  10. I was surprised and disappointed with the attendance at this highly prestigious Cup Final. Couldn't have been any more than around 350. What was more surprising and disappointing was that most of the crowd that I could see were supporting us. No wonder Clach are in trouble if no one is interested any more. A lady told me on the way in that the crowd was larger that normally turns up! No matter what other clubs try to help the cause football at Grant St could die through it not being wanted by enough people.
  11. Entertaining evening which took me back to when I Caley used to play at Grant St. Standing leaning over the pitch side wall the pitch even smelt of highland league. Nice mix of experience and youth and all the young players did really well. Defence was solid and Clach never really looked likely to score really. Nick Ross is really getting a taste for goal this week as previous poster said no one else was taking that penalty. Liam Polworth almost scored as well but tried to walk the ball in. had forgotten what the Inverness cup looked like. Agree with caley100 hope this doesnt mean that certain players wont be involved on saturday after playing last night.
  12. As long as you are paying for the first round!
  13. agree with Harry and Revbirdog. i think in my case I dont quite dare to believe yet. Its like if I start believing it will all go wrong. Just enjoying my football so much lately - think the 1st div is much more exciting than the SPL- even after winning ugly on sat.
  14. Ill have win ugly over lose pretty anyday of the week. Obviously winning pretty is best but you cant have everything can you.
  15. Sorry, but I'm with the official RCFC line on this. I wouldn't want to be giving away free tickets to away fans for ICT games. There's probably a legal argument in there too about supplying tickets to the away end and the visiting team having responsibility for their fans behaviour. I'm glad that ICT fc's opinion differs from yours, they do not see the harm in letting the winner of a competition etc, sitting in the away end if they choose to do so. As for trading standards (subject to availability) told on both occasions that seats were not available for the away support. Would maybe try anyway as they are available (TS ) If not does your neice know any county fans to buy them and use the money to buy away end ones ? Sounds like they are being awkward as the home club are responsible for all fans.
  16. I would contact trading standards unless it states on the prize that tickets are home end only and some games dont qualify.
  17. Im scared already Rene at the thought of it!
  18. I now can only see County beating Hibs as they have never travelled well to the highlands have they? As for them getting to the final well thats a difficult one. On one hand it would be a good advert for highland football on the other hand dont think I could bear the crowing fans and they could potentially get into europe. As for them gaining promotion well that would have real consequences for ICT financially and must not happen.
  19. Yeah what was that all about? Dunno if its being discussed, but i always feel we have more momentum when we're attacking towards our fans nearer the end of games. Just didnt feel right did it. I yearned for the old highland league days when you could swap ends at half time.
  20. I believe the club are not selling any more till wednesday.got mine yesterday morning and there seemed to be plenty left.
  21. dire dire game but 3 points closer to the league and thats about it.
