Referee Against Kilmarnock
Willie Collum IS the best referee in the Scottish game at the moment, coming from someone whose tolerance of officials is noted for being SFA this is a major compliment!!

Believe
Three points today would go a long way to ensuring our safety...............and we're long overdue a result against these dirty barstewards !! Incited by Guinness

If Ict Stay In The Spl, What's Needed
Strikers !! If we go down it will be due to a lack of firepower/natural finishers up front.

Killie Game
I'm off to Glesga for a flight to the sun, so won't make it today. Will be tuned to "open all mikes" on the way down and am sure you'll manage 3 points without me.................fecking wife always gets the dates wrong !!

McBain's Red Card
The game was being shown on BBC Alba again today, think the show just finished ten minutes ago so I can only imagine it's something to do with the licensing..?? Thanks for that........I thought it was only live games that would have held up highlights, and there was me thinking there's a referees conspiracy going on

McBain's Red Card
Went to the BBC site 5 minutes ago to veiw the highlights, every feckers game but ours is on there!! What the hell is going on??

Trust Statement -
Has there been any response from the board yet following the meeting of 7th January as to the concerns of the trust ?? If I remember correctly there was a timescale applied..........

ICT sign Richard Byrne
Just cannot believe this signing, don't rate him at all. Can remember Barry Wilson running him ragged in our two semi ties with Dunfermline and wound my son up when he signed for the Dons. He vindicated my warning on many occassions (when he was actually fit) with his biggest problem being severe lack of pace. Tracking back he makes Rossco look like Alan Wells. If this is the "quality" January Window signings we have to look forward to god help us.

HAMILTON PUB INVITE
Hey Naelifts, here's your chance to buy me "that meal" !!! In fact at those prices you can treat Mantis and Dougie as well tightwad..........table for four??
-
Morais
Agree, excellent debut as were the other new signings. Credit to the hardy souls who turned up on Saturday, worst conditions I can recall at TCS. However what got my dander up was when after going two up early in the second half we reverted to "camping" on our 18 yard line and hitting on the break!! Normal service resumed from Mr Brewster, it would have been an ideal opportunity to keep pressing forward and winning in style instead of making Partick look good. It became so frustrating I bellowed "any chance of coming out of our own half" at Brewster. Yes, a good confidence boosting result, entertaining first half but disappointed we did not go home to thaw out celebrating a 5 or 6 nil win. Also there is a clear message from our season ticket holders here, simply by their absence. A crowd of around 1850 and empty stands highlight the need for the return of entertaining, attacking football.

Dear Santa.........
It's been some time since I wrote to you ( think it was a plea for Naelifts to buy a drink) however things are really desperate this year. My favourite toy, HMS Sneck has lost it's rudder and Johndo won't be very happy if it's returned ( possibly to the first division) in it's current state. Could you please arrange an urgent refit and appoint a new helmsman to replace the current master who has a problem with surfacing and is plunging to new depths. I note there have already been some suggestions with regard to a replacement and not being one to become involved in controversy would welcome the return of Robbo. However if there is any truth or doubt surrounding the rumour that he was responsible for the "suppressed allegations" about the incumbent's private life.............well Does anybody know what Pele's up to ??........have scoured the pubs and bookies in the north east and no sign of him at all. Does this mean the Messiah has mended his ways and an imminent return is on the cards......unlikely So Santa you see my dilemna, please come up with a special pressie for me this year. PS. Naelifts still hasnae bought a drink :thumb04:

Barry Wilson (Merged)
Brewster's plea for the fans to get behind the players on North Tonight was pitiful..............in the same bulletin that Barry was speaking about getting the "bullet". This will be the final straw for many fans, Brewster must go before he does any further damage.

The Brewster YES OR NO thread!
Definate yes, two home wins all year and it appears that team spirit is severely lacking........he's lost it.

Dons Game
Home game for me as well Hopefully get the monkey off the back, can't take any more stick from my son :thumb04:

New players
What the feck are you doing up at that time of morning Mantis ?!?! Is it the age your at, bladder problems etc or are you really one of these "top shelf" teachers preparing all for your pupils stimulation :024: With reference to Martin Johnston, he is a family friend and I know he would still love a crack at full time football. I put his case a few years back to the power brokers at the time, Martin was just making the transition from HL, a midfielder with 24 goals that season, none from the spot. I was told they had looked at him and basically did'nt "fancy him" and had a wealth of midfield players at the time.

Black a liability
Perhaps Charlie should print off this thread and make him read every single comment. If he has any self respect it may start the change process................
-
John Rankin
I'd like to see him put a foot in more often. In seven games this season I've only seen him make two tackles....................and from one of them we scored against the Tims !!
-
Dicky Hastings
I'll have a pint of whatever Bonzo's on !!...............Dicky couldnae pass water and his crossing is on a par with Boric :004: :001: I'm in the real "Dicky" camp on this one, 100 is 100% correct :023:

Alarm Bells Yes Or No?
I was in the "Five Bells" in Stanwell for dinner last night :006: :sleep01:...........Feck sake give the man a chance, the season's barely started, some tough games, and serious negativity already. Starting to sound like Dons fans "bleating"
