  2. Perhaps we should consider a plastic pitch ?!!
  3. Afraid that he wanted the cake and to eat it too.

  5. Think that he is working with his brother Harry.
  6. There can be only one
  7. They'll pay what they want, they'll pay what they want.
  8. Just saw James Dean buying a rail ticket from Chorley to Inverness. Watched him get on the train and he sat beside Andy Johnson.
  9. Yip good post - and to add - I can recall a lot of peeples thinking that the departure of the narcissist would be followed by a mass player departure. We were never going to keep hold of Shinnie and Christie will follow in time. Not sure now about wee Billy as his form has dropped quite significantly this season. I find it as interesting as there is little gossip about incomers which can only be positive.
  10. Two sapping games in a short period of time, played on sapping pitches. Coming on the back of two defeats, both games on a hiding to nothing - local bragging rights in one and a team bent on a 1-0 in the other - both looking for much needed points. An the best ever festive season in a long time !! Personally I feel that it is always better to have a look from the stand at times as you evidently get a better perspective. A lot of bigger clubs have lookouts in both. Our problem is inconsistency in performance - putting in a blinder and then a crapper - that is so frustrating and leads to negativity - but it is acceptable to provide criticism if you pay your fare and your comments are acceptable. I can't see how playing Shinnie instead if Draper was linked to the former leaving. It would be the other way if that was the case. I also do not understand Yogis usage of Nick Ross. Plastic pitch up next though and that should actually suit us as should Hamilton later in the month. Again although there has been frustrating inconsistency in performances our point tally and position are better than we could have expected. All will depend on who goes out the transfer window.
  11. Jhesus - CB will be highlighting crowds at pre merger games next and demonstrating the effect that the merger has had on ICT.
  12. It is the time of giving and good will to all men especially saints.
  13. Cheers davie - but there is always another option to a back pass and we have suffered from too many of those. If in doubt hoof may not be the prettiest but it can also be the most effective irrespective of where the ball ends up. My major concern is that we appear to have gone back to the wee Billy on his own formation.
  14. Here is one from a few years ago -
  15. Good for him. Shame we can't say that for some of the others (one or two in-particular who having been getting much game time lately). Please enlighten me on the one or two others who aren't acting like professional athletes and imbibing alcohol more than they should. Me and Dougal
  16. Well I suppose I could say that a 1-0 defeat away from home against a well established Premier outfit and at a bit of a bogey ground is an improvement in some respect !! I have had a couple of brief chats with two peeple who were in attendance - what are the comments of others ? When we do not have a fully fit Watkins to rely on we are a one dimensional attacking force - that being wee Billy on his own which clearly does not work. Doran is a "luxury" as he flits in and out of games. Christie is getting increasingly more frustrated, trying to be involved more than he should do and is he being played in the wrong position ? The back pass philosophy should be axed. Brill is a fine stopper and hard to beat but he is Not the most nimblest and best balanced. Are we returning to possession first football in a reaction to recent results and performances. Why does our self confidence begin to drain at this time of the season ?
  17. Sarcasm is never either positive or negative but it is in the eye of the beholder which makes it such a strong component of wisdom. But let me give you a little clue. Every team has it's bad days, it's off days and some more than most and we have never been in that particular mire. But the sign that a team has had a bad day but is a good side is a wee thing called bounce ability. Let's see if we are facing to the sounds of the Boing Boing at Perf. That is the one thing that will quieter the voice of the detractors and allow us to enjoy our Xmas fare.
  18. I thought that we were trying to keep this a feckin secret.
  19. Perhaps Sneckboy could produce a statistical table outlining wankker points for the stewards. But I have to concur that drunken individuals who end up getting ejected from the Dump should be treated with disdain and heavily punished. Or pitch invaders like yon **** who jumped in front of the cameras after we beat Cellic 1-0 in the cup.
  20. Suspect that he is referring to Vincent and Williams - cue Christie and Doran.
