  1. Missed this game, due to family commitments, but was kept up to date with the game by text. As a long term fan (of ICT, and Caley before) I attend all games, home and away, and no matter what happens I would NEVER go to watch County (home or away) in place of watching ICT and thats despite my birthplace being Dingwall (my mother's mistake - her being there at the time). There are good days, and bad days, for every football team and surely the good days must eventually overcome the bad ones. Every team has bad times, ours just seem to be having a run of bad, but..... Come on TB and MM, do the business, or ?? And get us a goal scorer, quick, or else....its just as well Dunfermline cannot win at home (please don't let JJ get their first home win against us before the end of the season - that would be the absolute pits). A "bad run" should not predominate a season !! Afraid that it needs a lot more fixing than a mere goalscorer.
  2. Edit: We need to play consistently well - DOH
  3. I was assisted to taking ma first nappiless pisss at the rear of the Howden End, circa 1959, and enjoyed a few more ceremonial urinations fer years to come - and I aim to still be enjoying maself when I wear ma incontinence pads in the North Stand.
  4. There is only one Mann4thejob !! As far as I am concerned and at the risk of repeating myself - this season has been a feckin shambles from the pre season onwards. We were totally caught cold by the early start and were rushed in to some "panic buys" and some very reactive "loanees". We were well and truly left stuck in the blocks. We have had more than our share of injuries and mishaps but the selections have been far too reactive and changeable. You do not get self confidence or team spirit when there is apparent favouritism for some but the acute "chop" fer others. As others have stated we are more like a band of mercenaries than a Highland regiment - and there is a good link there to Terry and Prince Charlie !! I actually think that we do have the potential to be an attractive side but we have to be consistent all round and we have to adopt a "system" and stick to it - tactically and positionally - and that is the one "task" that I am not shure that Terry and Mo can provide. Whether anyone wants him there or not he will be - and I agree. But he has to bring about improvement all round. He has to start working this out NOW and deciding who HE is going to tag along and who he is going to bring on board. And lets cut out the Top Six shittt next season rite now - it is mid table, early survival that we should be aiming fer. TB can keep his favourites but he has no excuses next season. I may well be harsh but I actually feel that TB was assisted by some of the injuries/suspensions this season as it gave him reason, at times, to chop and change.
  5. Perhaps what I have been alluding to fer months wasnt the drivel that most initially described it as ? The togetherness factor has been well and truly lost. Our good results and performances this season IMHO have all been closely linked to outstanding individual performances.
  6. Twelve points and they fecked it up.
  7. Jaggie994 has a point - but I have found the ideal pre season bargain to use at home games : http://www.easycartsecure.com/wunderlinenvironmental/Contamination_Suits.html
  8. Well ya dont have to be a professional to have noted that the old canadian git is clearly bonkers and dementing.
  9. It is at times like this that those of us posting should cherish the day ahead and our loved ones. Words are hard to express at times like this. Thoughts are with Laura and family.
  10. 12 points in front with nine games left
  11. What is happening ? Losing two late goals at home to a poor side and going to the fated 12 points ahead instead of 14 - is it a sign. Is Granty Gudgie and his band of inbreds feeling the pressure. Has the bubble burst ? Is the bottle showing shings of shattering ? Surely history is not going to repeat itself ? I hope the feck not - it would be an absolute tragedy. Lets hope the next home game against the Bairns reaps dividends !!
  12. The bottom line is that there are probably a considerable number of replacements from a coaching and tactical perspective but very few who could compete with the presence, charisma and personality of Terry Butcher. I am surprised that Malpas has not looked at a managerial post of his own and that may well be in the offing.
  13. Fer fecks sake - gambling is not allowed when you are a seer. Place money on that if you dare.
  14. It would probably start with " I blame .................................................." - probably Pullmyfinger.
  15. But there is feck all to congratulate him fer - I would rather wait and revel in the glorious failure.
  16. That is very cruel and unfair - that is not what Terry Butsher needs.
  17. We may never find out.
  18. Can anybody check if my Inverness Royal Academy 100 metre sprint time of 10.25 seconds is still recorded ?
  19. Wash yer feckin mouth out In my experience deja vu is a distinct possibility
  20. 12 points and they fecked it up sounds only too familiar. And why did Butcher let him go in the first palce ?
  21. I would never resort to wasting beer or spondoolachs by chucking it at somebody or something !! So who is there to look out fer at the Toronto tinks this season ?
  22. Un autre agenda - Moi
  23. Johndo is a nice guy but yon IHE is a pompous shitt stirring ersehole and proof that Olanzapine can be ineffective in the treatment of multiple personality disorder. At the risk of psychobabble repetition I really look forward to the day that Terry actually admits to being part of the problem - at any level.
  24. Actually - those are sobering points. I suspect that we will also be at an all time low in respect of clean sheets, probably an all time high in regard to the disciplinary record and possibly the lowest home attendance figures to boot.
