  2. SFL it is then - CD, can you let the Supporters Trust know please.
  3. Birmingham Trainspotter ?
  4. What as any of to do this with the topic opening of Alba BBC ?
  5. Tha mi airson Gàidhlig ionnsachadh. Aon ghlainne, chan fheàirrde ’s cha mhiste. Dà ghlainne, ’s fheàirrde ’s cha mhiste. Trì glainneachan, ’s miste ’s chan fheàirrde. ha me gohl smirnoff Cò an caora sin còmhla riut a chunnaic mi an-raoir
  6. Lets just give thanks that it looks likely that we will still be a SPL outfit again next season. Lets concentrate simply of ensuring mathematical safety first and then looking up - if we concentrate on performances to survive and adopt that psyche it should produce better performances and results than if we started thinking above our present situation. I would hope and I am shure that Terry and Mo will be simply taking a game at a time at the moment.
  7. I am reliably informed that she will be doing the jump from a plane.
  8. Well - we could arrange pre season friendlies against Barcelona and Real Madrid and flog the swops at the end. Now that may generate the money for the safe standing area !!
  9. Is the bottom line not that the club simply cannot afford this ? Placing it in an uncovered area will not work but again it looks like that is the only suitable area for it to be put - another real negative. The ideal place would be a section in the North Stand or under cover in the so called West stand. The only probable way forward is sponsorship - which again is extremely doubtful. I would of course be interested but I simply doubt that we will ever be able to replicate the away support at TCS - for a variety of reasons which have all been given previously.
  10. "She flies through the air with the greatest of ease - that magnificent mum in a flying machine" - as long as you are not attached to Gringo or Gringo Junior you should be OK !!
  11. I will wholly concur with ICTKev. Jones did enuff at Dumbfarmlife to earn a start, likewise McKay. The one who is disappointing me the most is Tansey and he needs a goal and a performance to maintain his place. Ross is always more of a threat deeper.
  12. It will take a few spondoolachs and a load of voddy and cokes to entice me into forewording any CB book !! I suggest that we all get ratersed on the day.
  13. I am afraid that our lack of a goalscorer was only too evident on Saturday. As most peeple have commented this was pretty dire stuff and the playing surface was a disgrace. We were the better of two poor sides in the first half and it was more even in the second half. Buchanan and Kirk both missed sitters and in the end a draw was probably the fairest result. Not sure if it was a 4-3-3 as it looked more like a 4-3-2-1 to me with Gnakpa and Hayes playing wide. Terry needs to figure out why we only appear to waken up at the start of the second half - our first half displays recently have been gash. ESSON :clapping: Didnt really have much to do - no chance with the goal. MEEKINS :clapping: He does get forward but his final ball/cross is usually disappointing. PROCTOR :clapping: Again I have to feel a bit sorry for the lad as for most of the time he plays well but then always appears to have that 2 or 3 mistakes which is clearly lack of concentration and confidence - and again we were lucky that he didnt cost us the game. GILLET :clapping: As I have alluded to before I feel that he is made for the "libero" role although he would evidently be better paired off with a more conventional centre half. SHINNIE :clapping: Nothing spectacular but safe enuff HAYES :clapping: I could have given him a real slap as he simply is not living up to his potential. He lost the ball on countless occasions but then he comes up with the goods to save a defeat. FORAN :clapping: :clapping: Thought that he was immense - a real captain's performance. I have never really thought that he could perform in central midfield but he certainly proved me wrong on Saturday. TANSEY :clapping: Possibly didnt look good as he had to be compared with Foran. Personally I feel that he is another who is lacking in confidence and needs a goal or a good shot on target to bring that early season promise back. GNAPKA :clapping: Once he realises that he is not a wonderboy and starts playing as a team player and not an indivdual on show - the better. SUTHERLAND :clapping: Again I was unsure exactly what role Shane had been given. I still feel that he is wasted anywhere other than being an out and out stiker. ROSS :clapping: Again given the striker role and, to be fair, did OK although I feel that it is yet another stop gap. He is far more effective in a deeper role - in a role that used to be provided by Foran. Also need to add that the two substitutions fairly warmed things up. Tudor Jones and mckay both earned :clapping: - Tenpole still looks as if he is in slow motion but his distribution could not be faulted whereas McKay's energy and chasing had been missed prior to his appearance. I concede that we have had chop and change for a variety of reasons but I still feel that Terry and Mo do not have a first X1 in mind.
  14. Why dont you just jump on yer broomstick ?
  15. I will be drinking from Chorley to Glasgow, the Central Station bar, from Glasgow to Embra, in Embra, from Embra to Dumbfarmlife, the Elizebethan, the wee pub at the stadium before and after the game, the Elizebethan, from Dumbfarmlife to Embra, in Embra, from Embra to Glasgow, the Horseshoe, the Teuchter bars in Mary Hill, whilst yodelling at the Lesbian karaoke at Brechins - at least. As fer the game - I will try my best to be there.
  16. Dear Kenny, A pound is in the post. Yours sincerely, Craig Shyte
  17. He is in the same vein as Scotty, the Pimple and luvgravy - past his sell by date, deported, longing to be a lumberjack and to dress up in womens clothes. Could have been worse - he could have signed for the Toronto Tinks. He was so lucky that his career was not ended by injury when he confronted the Palmerston 19 on a cold wintry Tuesday nite !!
  18. Sad news indeed - nice guy and a very witty and sarcastic ex-poster who was also took a more serious view of proceedings. Wonder if he caught the penalty shoot out and the Zambian victory !! Respect to GordyfromSneck and condolences to his family.
  19. Havent a feckin clue but I have ascertained how Terry picks the team.
  20. "Well Terry - what do you think of the atmosphere at Dale Farm, the performance of Ross County FC and particularly the leadership of Grant Munro and are you looking forward to meeting the Staggies in the SPL next seasons". " Chic - The Jail End looks like a scene from the Appelby Fair but hopefully all the gudgies will be shooed off the farm - Dale Farm - by the close of the proceedings. Grant reminds me of the footballing version of Paddy Doherty - a folk hero in these parts. But having a strapping rejected carthorse at the front of the gypsy entourage is yet another local tradition. Oh deer me - the only stag do that ICT will be involved in next season will be a lower cup encounter and I look forward to hearing the Dundee fans singing the famous ICT ditty "12 points and you fecked it up" to the thieving, caravan dwellers at the end of the season".
  21. So that would finally settle the debate that ICT and Tinkerville are poles apart.
  22. Tade does that whether he is offside or not !!
  23. Exactfeckinly. There is no point setting "targets" - it is the old adage of taking one game at a time and giving 100% - Saturday at Dumbfarmlife is a real "six pointer" - give our all and we will survive - which I expect us to do.
  24. That is exactly what I said to my missus this morning when I geve her the dozen red roses - I'd much rather see the main body and not have those 2 stupid bits hanging out at the sides !!
