  1. Oddly in both papers I've read this morning Brewster has been quoted as saying he knows nothing about Wyness signing for St Mirren and that he'll be talking to him on Monday :024:

Just imagine how long ball we'll go if Rory & Bayne are our 1st choice strikers next season!!! :029:
  3. I seem to the remember the club bending over backwards trying to do everything to keep Dargo though? :024: Anyway that may just be my red wine addled memory :015: All the best to Denzil at St Mirren . Here's hoping he does well (except against us) However, with losing him and the inevitable departure of Niculae we take another step towards one of my biggest fears. A strikeforce pairing of Rory McAllister & Graham Bayne :crazy07:
  4. I'll ask you again Marty - you think he can "easily" be replaced. Who with? Good luck in Paisley Dennis. You aren't the first ICT player to go there after being dicked about over a new deal. Who do you mean RiG?
  5. Wilson is likely to be offered a short term deal - whatever that means :024:
  6. Inverness Courier reporting we have put a 'firm' offer to him! Hope there is a Plan B just in case he goes elsewhere :rolleyes02:
  7. Garry Wood has signed a new 2 year contract and Guy Kerr a 1 year deal
  8. There is a bit on the Bayne story in the P&J as well..... Forward Graham Bayne, meanwhile could be set to leave Caledonian Stadium at the end of this season. The 28-year-old, who has one year remaining on his current contract, is interesting First Division sides Dunfermline and St Johnstone. It is believed the native Fifer is keen to return south after his wife gave birth to a daughter. Didn't St Johnstone sign Colin Samuel this week as well? Interesting times - we could be left with Rory as are No 1 striker :010:

I'm pretty sure we got Garry Wood from them as well and maybe a couple more? They had a good bunch of kids when David Robertson was the manager

Risk what? The cash you get for a higher league place
  11. Yesterday's Inverness Courier reported Wood had agreed a 2 year deal...... BUT........ Today's P&J says they are still in talks with him! clear as mud as usual :014:
  12. Aberdeen in for Burchill?
  13. :015: Is there any truth in the rumour that he is the brother of Ranger's Kevin Thomson?
  14. Apparently they've had him and another Dunfermline player up on trial Simmons (?)

Munro (groin) & Wilson (hamstring) are major doubts for the game not having trained all week.
  16. Looks like he may well be off in the summer IF this article is to be believed :024: P&J ONLINE ARTICLE
  17. Without a doubt its McGeady. A 2 trick pony :015: Trick 1 = Run very fast. Stop. Run fast again. Get Tackled. Trick 2 = Run very fast. Stop. TRY and cross - this invariably goes horribly wrong When Trick 1&/or 2 fails adopt face of person sucking sour lemon, throw arms up into air and then get booked for dissent or a spiteful late tackle
  18. Very strange we are being reported for 'allegedly' tapping players we have 'allegedly' no interest in :017: You can be fined for illegally approaching contracted players can you not?
  19. Now I am confused in the Courier today it says no decisiin has been made on the futures of Sutherland & Wood :017:
  20. kencar replied to L_G's topic in Caley Thistle
Indeed Courier reporting he will stand down at the end of the season
  21. I assume he has improved since leaving County? VERY inconsistent player. When he was good he was very good but on an off day :sillywave:
  22. I fear, given his past disciplinary record he could be looking at a 3-4 game ban :029:
  23. A guy at work told me that he had acted as the middle man in getting Brewster & Black talking again
  24. There is no guarantee we'll get 3 more home games though is there. Despite that being the logical choice the SPL seem to decide fixtures at random and we could end up with an 18 home - 20 away season (again) just as easily. I suspect the Gretna factor will be taken into consideration and they will be given fixtures that are beneficial to there financial plight ie those they will lose the least money in :023:
