  1. Strange times indeed at ICT :029: I must admit ever since the farce of pushing Rankin out the door nothing much the current regime does would surprise me. I know Wyness was very poor at the weekend but so were the vast majority of the team. If he has told the management a few home truths good for him I say :clapping03:
  2. He's certainly a more natural goal scorer. Unfortunately there is every chance we will miss out on him in the summer :007:

Would seem his loan to St J has so far proved unsuccessful. Not started a game, a couple of sub appearances and not even in the squad today

FFS what does it matter? Inverness Caledonian & Inverness Thistle no longer exist. It's like asking how many more No 1's would Elvis hvave had if he hadn't died. Irrelevant
  5. I'm no fan of Brewster but I think it's a bit early to be calling for his head. Still we need to start playing better soon!
  6. A beautiful day ruined by another non-performance from ICT. Strangely I'm not even angry as I was half expecting another poor display More long ball pish from us today with the added bonus of such poor distribution that 9 times out of 10 our hoof up the park would pick out a Falkirk player. Do the players practice closing there eyes and kicking the ball anywhere through the week?? It seemed to me that as soon as anyone got possession there first thought was to get rid of it as quickly as they could. Our midfield, perhaps with Black apart, were posted missing and up front Wyness looked like a little boy lost. It's quite sad to see as he obviously has zero confidence at the moment I just hope he can get his spark back By the way in case ANYONE hasn't noticed our brilliant set piece simply doesn't work. The long throws from Munro for Tokely to flick just doesn't work - EVER! I wonder if the Brewster blinkers may be slipping off a few folk now :024: Still all was not doom and gloom. I did get thouroughly entertained by the best display of the day which came from Yogi Hughes. I seriously thought he may explode at one point he was getting so wound up. Comedy gold though - well done that man :clapping03:
  7. Some news fresh off the press, well the BBC website anyway - although nothing to get excited about CLICK HERE I'm sure I've heard the "We should definitely find out from Russell what his plans are by the weekend" line before though - maybe this time..........

He needs to stop wearing those black tights/leggings :tic01: Just watched the video clip on Radio 1 :029:
  9. How can you inform an opinion on a player who was never given a chance? He was maybe given 30 minutes on the pitch as an ICT player and you are saying he is crap :018: He's attempted a career elsewhere pre ICT, I'm basing my opinion on what Gills fans have said and their reaction to him leaving. What little I've seen of him in the flesh has been embarrassing. I said from the start he would be a dud in the SPL, Craig Brewster obviously agrees and neither of us want him at the club. What do you base your opinion on that hes even worth a chance? He may well not be up to scratch but I'd have preferred to see him get at least a game or 2 to have something to base an opinion on. Like you say Brewster obviously doesn't rate him and that's the opinion that really matters
  10. Skelton has always played quite well when I've seen him. Then again I've only seen him play 3 times in the flesh. He's out of contract at the end of the season so Gretna are unlikely to get anything for him at all
  11. That would certainly explain how Roy McBain got any votes :tic01:
  12. An unsed sub today - so far the loan move isn't doing him much good :020:

Is that really any of our business?

Oddly the P&J has Brewster saying he expects an answer from Duncan & Wyness next week!
  16. Good luck to Deano :022: I read somewhere yesterday that Toronto were interested in Liam Miller & Ross Wallace from Sunderland as well

According to the P&J it is a 3 year deal with a testimonial that he's rejected!
  18. Quite odd that such an abject performance has brought out such little response on this website :024:

I was right about Nade.Had to come off before 90 minutes were up. Totally exhausted after running rings around our defence :029:

    YEAH RIGHT :014: I know I know!! :004: Wish I'd kept quiet now :014:
  21. Stormed up the tunnel today after being subbed. Not sure if it was petulance or frustration after such a poor performance :024:
  22. Dear oh dear what can you say? :009: I was quietly confident before today's game - I couldn't have been more wrong! What we were subjected to was an ICT display of such incompetence Brewster must have thought he was managing Dundee United again. It was verging on the comical at times and the lack of even the basic skills from the majority of our players was quite frightening at times. It could have and probably should have been much worse than 3-0 so I guess we can count ourselves lucky on that score. I'm sure some folk will want to take issue with the Lithuanian diving champion and some of the questionable referring decisions but that shouldn't detract from the fact we were simply crap :008: Top 6 your having a laugh :007:

What about this quote from Brewster then? He told the Press & Journal: "I take quite a hands-on role in the contract talks and everyone wants to get the best deals for themselves. "They are realistic, as are we and I would like to give them everything they want, but this club has always had a similar structure between players when it comes to contracts. "Marius Niculae coming in last year broke the structure slightly, but the chairman picks up most of his salary and there is still parity between the rest of the players."

Neither played tonight - I believe they are injured. Hearts didn't have a shot on goal that I recall tonight
