ICT V Rangers - matchday thread
Hopefully this will give him the confidence to have a dig. I saw him play 7 or 8 times for County last season and he would shoot from anywhere

Tonights Record Attendance
What a great way to celebrate our biggest crowd to date :003: Shame that the extra 'home' supporters we attract for OF games don't come on a more regular basis. On a side note I couldn't believe it when people started leaving the North stand 5 or so minutes before the end of the game. Where did they need to go to so desperately??? How many of them will have missed the winning goal :016:

£1.8 million. 6 feet tall Would fall over if he got tackled by a 3 year old Maybe he has an inner ear problem? :014:

Who picks MOTM?
There were several players who could have easily been MOTM tonight. Still on a night like tonight who cares who got it or awards it. :015: Lets all laugh at Rangers, Lets all laugh at Rangers, Lets all laugh at Rangers, :015: :015: :015: :015: :015: :015: :015: SEBO!! SEBO!! SEBO!!

ICT V Rangers - matchday thread
I predicted we'd get gubbed tonight - I LOVE BEING WRONG :015: Fantastic performance tonight and just what we needed to get us out of our recent slump. The hard work starts again on Saturday but the team should have a well deserved beer or 3 tonight and savour the moment. Some great individual performances tonight that deserve mentioning. Hastings was my MOTM - he's been great this season but doesn't seem to get the plaudits he deserves. Black worked tirelessly in midfield - just a shame about the booking which seemed a bit harsh. Wyness should flashes of his old true self and ran more than I've seen him run in ages. Last but no means least John Rankin for that wonder strike - he's been getting a fair amount of stick on here - time for a lot of folk to eat some humble pie. WELL DONE CC & THE BOYS :025: :025: :025: Now get a result at Falkirk :004: SEBO!!! SEBO!!! SEBO!! :015: :015: :015: :015: :015:

Second Bottom
Maybe we should take heart from the fact Aberdeen are 2nd in the league. They aren't a good footballing team but what they do well is to grind out results. Obviously we would all like to see ICT play well and win (well most of us anyway :016:) but a few scrappy wins would do us no harm at all just now.

Charlie Christie in the Sunday Times
I'm just amazed that so many choose to believe as gospel what's been written in a newspaper by a 3rd party :004:

Give Charlie 5 more games
To quote our former oh so eloquent leader "at the end of the day" 11th place is ultimately still a successful season for us. Perhaps all that are calling for CC's head are the same 'optimists' who were expecting a top 6 finish from us this season :004: We have to get behind the team and support them. Changing manager is not guaranteed to succeed - just look at what happened to Charlton when they got rid of Dowie :015: Some folk do seem to have a personal agenda with regards to CC which in itself is strange - ultimately if he is sacked and deemed a failure them our club will probably have been relegated :007: Just because individuals don't like the guy doesn't mean you can't support our club. I have to admit to not rating Roberston as a manager and look where he got us :014: Get a grip - 5 games - my a**e

Second Bottom
They say the table doesn't lie so unlucky or not our recent run of form has taken to 11th place :007: Picking up points from the OF is always a bonus but if we can't get points from the likes of Falkirk & St Mirren then we are in trouble. I shall go tomorrow's match HOPING we get something out of it. Against Falkirk & St Mirren I shall EXPECT us to get something

Second Bottom
Well we are 11th now which considering we were 3rd/4th a couple of months it's quite a plummet down the table :007: Still here's hoping this as low as we go. Good luck tomorrow lads but can you please get your finger out for the following 2 games - Pretty Please :004:

Will we stop complaining if we draw or beat Rangers?
I suspect we may well get gubbed by Rangers :007:

Dunfermline V ICT - matchday thread
I feel sorry for anybody who paid to watch that game. Had to turn the radio off as the game was spoiling my hangover :017:

Line up for Saturday?
Hastings is fit again :003: You forget :006: to name McBain in your team though as regardless of performance he always starts :008:
-
Mark Brown and penalties
Did we not have this conversation after the Partick Thistle debarcle?? :016: Can only remember 1 penalty he saved when we were in the 1st division. Perhaps a bigger talking point is what happened with the Killie second goal - maybe seeing it on TV will shed some light on it but it looked like a real howler from wher I was sitting
-
That's Better!!
Unfortunetly you don't get points for playing better :006: I have to agree though it was a much more entertaining game than of late and the team played well in the first half well apart from the comedy defending. Not too disheartened today although I would have settled for a boring 1-0 victory in the 93rd minute just to end this poor string of results

ICT V Killie (matchday thread)
Great game for the neutral - less so if you are an ICT fan :007: I thought we played really, really well in the first half going forward. Some slick passing (on the deck no less) and good movement. The defending however was simply dreadul. Schoolboy stuff. The first 2 Killie goals were shockers to give away. What was our keeper doing for there 2nd?? Didn't think we were as effective in the second half but we still had our moments. Just a shame we didn't test there keeper as much as he looked really dodgy today. Wilson has seriously gone off the boil. however, think he could do with a rest So despite playing better than we have done for a long, long time its another defeat. Football is a cruel game sometimes :009: WE MUST BEAT DUNFERMLINE NEXT WEEK - SIMPLE AS

SFL Players
CC quoted in the press saying that a creative wide player is the type we would be looking for and that this Buchanan lad, if signed, would be one for the future
