Classic example of Second Season Syndrome No longer an unknown quantity to other teams and his reputation is proceeding him with the officals
  2. Seems to be a number of Monday night games on BBC Fixture list now :010:
  3. I wonder how much money the club will actually get from Setanta for this game?? Aberdeen games are normally close to sell out's but shifting it to a Monday night will surely hit the attendance hard. It's just a guestimate but I'd reckon from a potential crowd of 7000 we'll struggle to get 4,000 for the game now. :017:
  4. The only way it could have been any worse would have been to get Freeland :006:
  5. I like the idea of 3-5-2 although I'd go for........ BROWN MCCAFFREY DODS MUNRO TOKELY HASTINGS WILSON DUNCAN RANKIN BAYNE DARGO Still don't know why everyone seems to be calling for Hart to be included. Fair enough if he had a good 45 minutes against Killie but he was rubbish against Dumbarton
  6. That explains it :003:
  7. We won 3 Home games though :017: Livingston Dundee United Falkirk Says on those stats only 2 home wins!!
  8. Are the Home win against Livingston & the away win against Falkirk included in CC stats for season 2005/6?? He was caretaker manager for both those games
  9. Personally the bone of contention has been our home form, regardless of manager over the last couple of years. Looking at the stats its more likely that a home fan will see the team lose than win
  10. Home Form Won Lost Drawn Points 3 4 5 14 Away Form Won Lost Drawn Points 8 3 3 27 Based on Alex Stats
  11. It's only his 5th booking but thats by the by. He hasn't played well since last season IMO before he got that knee injury. He'll miss the Dunfermline game now won't he??
  12. That's his 5th booking. I THINK that means a one match ban? GREAT result though - well done the lads. Our Jekyll & Hyde home and away form continues.......

Read some good news on the BBc website apparently Kilmarnock striker Steven Naismith is rated doubtful with an ankle injury :clapping04:
  14. Can the locals understand a word he says?? :015:

    NO!!!!

It's an away game. Whoever plays knows exactly what the tactics, etc are :006:

VERY likely to be the same team as against Dundee United :006:
  18. To be fair the folk who did stay away tonight probably got the best deal :017:
  19. We never really looked capable of scoring if the truth be told. Once Falkirk scored it was game over. There is no width in the side. Plan A like RIG said is to pump it long. Plan B is a long throw in into the box and then that's us out of ideas. Doesn't really inspire me to go &watch the next home game against Dunfermline :007:
  20. Give Rory a game. Can't do any worse than Bayne. McSwegan should only be a last resort
  21. If Wyness is still out injured at the weekend and assuming he's match fit McSwegan MIGHT have to come into contention for at least a place on the bench :006:
  22. If performances like tonight & Saturday are anything to go by - then we should start getting worried :009:
  23. Another poor home performance - where have I heard that before I wonder :006: Apart from the last 10 minutes it was turgid stuff with us persisting in pumping the long ball up to Bayne. We never looked like scoring and we were outplayed by Falkirk at times. Thats 2 P**H performances in 72 hours. We are going to have to get the majority of our points away from home - its a simple fact
  24. kencar replied to Row S's topic in Caley Thistle
I think our team will be..... Brown Tokely Dods Munro Hastings Wilson Keogh McBain Morgan Dargo Bayne With a crowd of 1371
  25. kencar replied to Row S's topic in Caley Thistle
CC says only a couple of changes in midfield are likely with Morgan, Keogh & Duncan coming into contention for a starting place
