STAND UP IF YOU WERE A BELIEVER!
Define "Believer"? I had doubts for most of the season, but that was nothing to do with me thinking the team/manager weren't capable, I just didn't think we were playing with enough heart. Once I realised that they had rekindled the fire in their bellies then I knew things would change....although at that stage I was left wondering if it was too late. Any doubts some might have had were perfectly justified and why or when they started to believe we could pull it off matters not a jot. So long as they were supporting the team then that's all that counts.

Annual Tenpin Bowling Night
The club have always been pretty good at ensuring players attend and I don't expect it to be any different this year. With the league already sewn up then I hope most would be allowed out to play on what is effectively a school night for them.

CHAMPIONS T-SHIRT
Ok, I guess I can now show you all what the T-Shirt looks like...... 1000 T-Shirts are being produced and the cost will be ?5.00 each...adults & kids. Thanks go to the Club and the Supporters Trust for working together to ensure that a quality t-shirt could be provided at the lowest possible cost. When and where they will be available is down to how quickly the printers manage to get them delivered.....I shall keep you all well informed.

Raith Rovers v Dundee Matchday Thread
As a fan...would love us to secure the league ourselves on Saturday. As someone who's life is being made difficult by the fact it's still mathematically possible for Dundee to catch us, I want it done with tonight.

Gordon Smith Resigns?
and therein lies the rub CaleyD ..... GS didnt get us into this mess ... he just couldnt get us out of it ! Totally....and it may well be such a point, made in the report, which has caused him to resign. The fans have and will continue to be asked as the review proceeds. I was at the Supporters Direct Scottish Conference last May where McLeish gave a run down of what was involved and welcomed questions and comments...some of which raised the very fears talked about on this thread. The general consensus from the floor seemed to be that little change would come from the review...we'd seen such things before and unless it was willing to challenge ALL areas of the sport, including a review of whether those at the top were fit/able to bring about the changes needed then we'd be better off not wasting time and money. Now, we haven't seen the report yet, but GS reaction suggests that criticism has been levelled at the upper level. What we need to wait and see when the report goes public is whether or not the criticism is justified and wide spread....and what proposals are being made to rectify it. Some of the early suggestions being made on the report by "insiders" suggests that it covers and makes recommendations about those very things. I think GS was doing his best also....but sometimes that's not enough. We just have to hope...no, we have to make sure...the next person is. Yes, I agree that it takes more than one change to fix the problem, and yes, I accept that the report could turn out to be another crock of chit that doesn't point the finger at the right people. I'm just saying that we should withhold judgement until we see the report for ourselves.

"The bog roll in this place has been terrible since relegation...maybe if I can find a couple of pages to tear out of this then I'll save a fortune on the Vaseline.

Scumerset Allocation
If you want to stand, go into the terracing....although I'm not sure on the rules regarding sitting in the terracing!!! A "Sit Down for the Champions" in the terracing might get a few laughs

Gordon Smith Resigns?
I wouldn't be so quick to damn the report, or the process that's been gone through so far in gathering information and producing it. I'm just heading out the door and will write more on the subject when I get back as it is something that Supporters Direct (Umbrella organisation for Supporters Trusts) have and continue to be involved with and I have had some insight into the process...although I've not seen any content from the actual report at this point. I fully expect that if GS has resigned over the content of the report then he is just the first and has perhaps done so to prevent him becoming the scapegoat as opposed to him being the scapegoat. This is a review of the whole of the Scottish game, from grass roots all the way to the top and those running the sport...you can't undertake such a job without rattling a few cages and upsetting a few people.....especially when things are in such a mess and have been for so long.

Supporters Trust Bus to Ayr
I already have BTF on the list, but I shall add Caley100 & Kieran Down to the last few seats now so if people are in two minds they better start deciding quick.

Music for 1st May
ICT could come out to the tune of the "The A-Team" and Dundee could follow to the theme tune from Benny Hill.

Forum poster of the season!
I don't think it would have taken a genius to work out I was the one having a bit of harmless fun with the word filter last night.....I couldn't have made it any more obvious if I tried :D But why on earth would I "hack" your account to add myself to your friends list.....what an absurd accusation. As I explained to you when you asked me about it before, I have no need to add anyone to my friends list or me to theirs because the benefits of doing so are already available to me as a Site Admin. Seems to me like, yet again, a certain poster is up to their old tricks in trying to undermine my position on the site....and you are, once again, lapping it all up and jumping on the bandwagon.
