  1. You haven't factored in the cost of bank interest...which rent charged over the years didn't cover and (along with addition of the North/South stands) resulted in the debt being held by the trust rising to a figure I believe to have been in excess of £4 Million (and approaching 5). Whilst the debt removed from the club was circa £2.6 Million, the cost including interest to Tullochs has been substantially more. I'm not going to get into the whole argument about whether or not they've had their pound of flesh, but even as someone who had numerous run ins with the club and Tullochs over the years about the whole thing, I can see that the club have clearly had the better end of the deal. One other thing. Muirfield Mills have never given a satisfactory answer as to why the leases were moved from the Trust to Tulloch....something that coincided with them taking control of the trust (for only £1 according to Dougie at the last AGM...and not challenged). They issued a great smokescreen document at the AGM, but conveniently skipped an important year in the summary and I don't buy their claim that they don't have the answer to the question.
  2. That agreement was superseded at the AGM when the maximum total allotment of shares for the company was increased to £6 Million. Looking forward to all that money coming in!!
  3. Stage 3 of 5
  4. The last time we got relegated the club handled the situation pretty well and we saw an increase in season ticket sales. Further boosted by healthy half season ticket sales, despite promotion being far from certain at the halfway mark. Key, though, was that the board (back then) didn't just ask fans to put their hands in their pockets, they backed the call with a £1 Million commitment to getting the club back into the SPL (as it was then)....and delivered.

I spotted the following article in the Inverness Courier and can only imagine that Dale & Tommy will be none to happy. This article makes it look like our guys don't know what they are doing and the Chairman has got on the blower to invite others in to bale them out. I'd bet money I'm 100% certain that Dale and/or Tommy will have had a chat with these gents in order to compare notes......something that groundsmen from different clubs (and not just within football) regularly do......and the Chairman couldn't resist another opportunity to latch on to an item he knows nothing about in order to make it look like he and the board are actually doing something. Time for them all to stop undermining the good people still at the club with the constant, worthless posturing and actually start delivering on some of the promises made. Who knows, if they actually started listening to our own, experienced, qualified people instead....they might just get somewhere.
  6. Why should the SFA care, it's not one of their tournaments!!
  7. 7 games in March....4 in a row away from home....going to be a tough month all round.
  8. As it says on the tin....8.30am inspection.
  9. So....stand up to the TV companies by boycotting matches to sit at home and watch it on TV. That'll show them ? Aside from that...it's not actually the TV companies who are to blame.
  10. At the end of last year I was motivated to try and do something to sort out the mess that is Caley Jags Together. I contact Supporters Direct on the 21st December, but did not receive a reply until 27th January....a reply which gave NO information other than a list of excuses for not having got back to me sooner. I came in for a great deal of criticism at the end/turn of the year (and in the past) for trying to change things....and that's fine, people are entitled to disagree. However, what people are not entitled to is spreading malicious and defamatory lies...and even worse, to do so in the background where they can't be challenged and held to account. Had Supporters Direct come back to me sooner with the information I had requested then maybe I would have had something to pass on to people and deflect the criticism....but they didn't and by the time they did I had already made the decision to step back from it all, so I never followed up with them any further. Over the last 10 years I've forgotten what it's like to just go along to football and enjoy (or otherwise) what's happening on the pitch.....so I plan to get back to doing just that, for now.
  11. Spongebob's mate.
  12. Pretty sure it was confirmed at the AGM that the money coming in from Celtic's European ventures had already been received/accounted for.
  13. Scandalous really, if there's nothing for them to report on with ICTFC they should just leave the pages blank!!
  14. The club haven't held any press since 1st February...that I'm aware of.
  15. A stiff wind from the north and you can practically smell them....it's hardly outer Mongolia!! All for giving the gypos a bit of stick and reveling in some banter, but let's not actually start believing our own nonsense.
  16. Interesting that we bitch and moan when we're treated like theres no life north of Perth, but are quite happy to then treat those north of Inverness with the same disdain.
  17. If you go through and rank managers on a scale of 1-10 (10 being perfect and 1 being woeful)....Baltacha wouldn't score lowest, so should not be in last place...IMO. My list would also look very different if ranking on managerial ability and coaching ability.
  18. If we don't get our finances sorted out, we may be emulating them in other, more worrying, ways.
  19. They might have been having fun!!
  20. Crusaders are at home that day, you could go scout them ?
  21. Robbo said today that, having spoken with the coaches and medical/physio staff, a decision was made that they wouldn't be playing that weekend.
  22. Robbo wasn't able to say when it would be played at press today....but he was able to say that it would not be the weekend of the 10th Feb.
  23. Don't believe all the nonsense that's been spouted on this. I'm pretty certain OFW wants to be between the sticks for ICTFC, but having been sidelined (for whatever reason) and left to look elsewhere to find game time, his preference was to go and try his hand in the US.
