Stewards at TCS
It will likely just be the same guys with a different name on the back of their hi-vis jackets. On the subject of Stewards and Hi-Vis jackets....why would people who are disliked so much want to make themselves stand out in the crowd???

IHE's been trying to get his a55 banned from here for years - if you really want to annoy him just move his posts around a bit :004:

The Stirling Albion Pre Match Thread
I'm in agreement with those who are against wholesale changes to the squad. We've had a few enforced changes of late and aswell as the dangers of complaicency, I think it would be of huge benefit to try and get a bit of a settled squad in place.

BBC Slanders ICT
We don't have a legally laid out school curriculum in Scotland

BBC Slanders ICT
Pretty much, however if accused in the courts then you have to be able to prove it's true, the person accusing you does not have to prove it is not true - kinda the opposite of the innocent till proven guilty approach in most other legal cases.

BBC Slanders ICT
One point of note - Even though it was "Spoken Word" as it appeared on TV/Radio in a news/report the correct term is libel as it is deemed to have been published :016:

Innes bus to Stirling?
Sorry, it's a no go for me I'm afraid as something has come up. If I do make the game it will be a mad last minute dash down the road by car.

Half Time Draw #'s
Long shot, but anyone got any idea what they were? I always buy tickets, but last couple of matches I haven't heard numbers announced. Tidying up the rubbish that collects on my desk and don't want to bin a winning ticket :015:

Humble Pie Version 2.0
Robbo and Brewster were both quoted during their time here as having seen CC as an important part of the team, Brewster even went so far as to say that he often went to CC for advice with regards the team and players. Take from that what you will, but to me it suggests he did far more than simply act as the "raffle manager"

Very interesting perspectives
Looks like some of IHE's old Celtic Paranoia is creeping in with regards Black's treatment by the officials :014:

ICT V St Mirren - matchday thread
Apart from his marvelous Air Shot (great recovery thought), I thought Duncan had a pretty good game and linked the midfield well going forward and defending.

FAO caley100 ... re HASTINGS
As I have said before, I would love to see us with a better option at left back, nothing to do with Hastings ability there, that is not in question (for me), but purely because I would love to see him (Hastings) played on the left wing.

Is it just Blackie?
Nothing "legally" incorrect in the opening post. No judgement as to innocence or guilt has been made, only an allegation as to a players involvement which is in no doubt. If people want to discuss the legal issues surrounding what can and cannot be said on mesageboards then feel free to start a new topic on the subject in the appropriate area of the forum. Back on topic and regarding whether it is just Black who is guilty of indiscipline, then definitely not. I am sure every player at some point in time has been guilty of it, the difference is that it seems to be a permanent part of Blacks make-up. And whereas it used to come out in the manner he played the game, and was directed at the opposition, it is now being directed at his own club and colleagues. You just have to look at his body language to see that he thinks he's something special and beyond reproach. Perhaps CC has fed his ego a little too much in the past with comments about it being part of the player and not wanting to temper it too much as it would effect his game, but that doesn't remove responsibility from Black for his own actions. His actions at Dunfermline showed a total lack of respect for the badge, and for me that includes the club and fans. He can stamp his feet and argue with the Ref all he likes, but the moment he tore his shirt off that was the final straw IMO and not so much as an apology was issued for what he did. His actions in the Falkirk game were as bad, we had gone 3 goals down before half time and things were looking very bleak. Any player half worth their salt would have been fired up to try and reverse/improve the situation, but Black throws his toys out of the pram and starts kicking and lashing out at everything in sight, and despite a warning continues to do so and gets himself sent off. He let himself, his team, his manager, his club and the fans down in unbelievable fashion. If he didn't want to continue then a word with CC at half-time to get himself subbed would at least have allowed us to continue with a full team and have a chance of salvaging something from the game. In short, Black took indiscipline to a whole new level as far as ICT are concerned, never before have I seen anything of that nature from an ICT player. CC and the Club need to stamp heavily on him for it to ensure that any other players who may have similar ideas think twice about it. I also think that the fact we had had no apology from Black for either incident highlights that it wasn't simply the red mist that caused it, but something deeper ingrained in his personality.

Black a liability
What he needs is a good boot up the jacksy. He struts about the pitch like he owns the things, looks in honest amazement when the referee has the audacity to chastise/book him for being an on the field Ned, obviously has very little respect for the badge given his antics against Dunfermline and now, just because we go 3 goals down he can't be ersed playing any more so gets himself red carded. Can't recall if ICT have ever fined a player, but if ever their was a justifiable case, then this is it.

Falkirk - New Ticket Info
You can be sure the RBS will pursue the retrieval of the cash. They will have a note of every card/account who benefited from the error. If you benefit from an ATM error and do not bring it to the attention of the bank or your own bank then you are (in the eyes of the law) guilty of theft - it's the same with any "Bank Error in Your Favour"

Falkirk / Midden Tactics
When it comes to penalties Brown is a very misunderstood character....it's obvious he dives the wrong way in order to try and put the penalty taker off.
