Nowhere in Inverness does "proper" Asian food, not that I have experienced anyway. But their was a wee place in Edinburgh I used to frequent that did the best Thai I have ever had. I can't for the life of me remember the name of it though. The best of what we do have here in Inverness...ummm....they are much and such I think. None really stands out for me. For Chinese Takeaway I rarely venture anywhere other than Mr Rice - partly because I get it free and partly because they prepare the dishes the way I like (thicker gravy in the Chow Mien as an example)

First Pizza Direct - Felt ill twice after having their pizza. Also waited an hour for a cold pizza to be delivered once. I refused to pay for it, and when I phoned the shop it turned out the driver couldn't find my house, had returned the pizza to the shop, and they had just sent same pizza out with another driver - no apology, no offer to send fresh pizza - nothing. Domino's - The quality I have always associated with the Franchise hasn't travelled well to Inverness IMO, thought their pizza was tasteless. Bici's - Pizza has always been decent and the coleslaw is the best. Service can sometimes be a bit slow, but you kind of expect that from the busier takeaway delivery places in town and have to understand they are busy because they are the best available.

Benchy - have you not realised yet that nobody here gives a feck what you think the players are worth? If United want the players then they will have to pay the asking price - it's as simple as that.

Don't think it is a case of Happy to see him go, more a case of us needing to fill other positions with stronger players, and to do that we have to make concessions somewhere. Fox is young still and I think he is at a stage in his career that could make or break him. Sitting at an SPL side struggling to get a game will not do him any favours, so if we have the chance to do a deal which brings in someone else and see's him go off to a team/league where he will get his chance, then everyone is a winner.

Now the "End of Season" has run and people have received appropriate prize money and players stats have been altered on performance the friendlies part of the game is now active. Go to the League page, click on the team you want to play and then click on challenge team. We currently have 10 teams signed up for the new season, but plenty of time for others to join.

That just serves to make it even funnier IMO.

We haven't removed or asked anyone to remove any pictures from the new forum here. The club want to launch the strip properly, and those with the picture have on the whole respected that fact. Their is also the fact that the picture doing the rounds may not actually be a true representation of what the new strips are actually to be as I am led to believe the design was changed at the last moments :004: The club did request that we remove an image from the previous site, and although the forums are no longer "official" we would continue to respect that request. I would hope that most users would see sense and not put us in that position though. As has already been stated though, we have no control over what gets passed around outwith the forums.

Both will look the same as I just replaced the existing image file with the updated one. However, if your not seeing the updated image it is because your browser has cached the original one - Flush it and you should be ok.

I remember a story doing the rounds about someone sitting a sociology exam or something like that. One of the first questions in the paper was along the lines of "What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?" - they wrote "This" on the paper, then got up and walked out. Season has just finished - new season will start in a couple weeks to give people a chance to get signed up. I know it is possible to have friendlies, but for the life of me I can't work out how the feck I set it up.....lol

Caley83 - you forgot to mention putting plastic sheets on the bed, cause after drinking that amount of water and drink it's a near certainty your going to p1sh yerself during the night.
