His job's with Orion... and he's been assured if any kind of football related job was to come up, he'd be free to go. I think he mentioned that somewhere in this thread, but like you, I cant be ersed reading it all again.

I agree with Kingsmills.... Robbo could have been put in charge the day Brewster got the bullet, on a caretaker basis. His knowledge of ICT and the current squad could have been invalueable in these very difficult fixtures that lie ahead. The board could then have taken as much time as they wanted to draw up a short list, and conduct interviews. Robbo's application could also have been considered along with any other worthwhile candidates.

It was reported on the BBC that Ossie has "contacted" the club. Also Terry Butcher has been quoted as saying he would not be contacting the club. So it's between you and Ossie now? Difficult choice....

So.... Bennett and Doc in charge of team affairs for Saturday's meeting with Hearts... How will they approach this one? Will there be any radical changes by way of personnel or tactics? Will they start with Barrowman up front? Might there be a place for Blackie? Can anyone see ICT getting some kind of a result at Tynecastle? Thoughts.....

I get the distinct impression that the vast majority would prefer to see Robbo back again.... Strange that Butcher overtook him 31% to 29% in Renegade's unscientific poll. Even if Robbo was to be sitting in the stand at Tynecastle on Saturday, waiting to take up his new appointment, I would put money on us getting at least 1 point out of this one.
