  1. EXACTLY..!!
  2. It's a lovely wee club this innitt? Nobody, but nobody with an unkind word to say to, or about the guy now.... :thumb04: Apart from Jnr, maybe.. Would you have expected him to resign and walk away without a penny in compensation?
  3. Wouldn't you even consider him in charge temporarily? Or would you prefer to see Grassa in charge for the next 6 games until somebody new can be found, even if we were relegated by then?
  4. Abbbsssholllutely!! Anyone who ever goes to the reserve games will vouch for the fact that Robbo is very often there, and gets on really well with all the players.. I'm quite sure they would approve of him getting another chance.... even as caretaker boss till the end of the season.... Go for him!! How familiar are they with the game in Scotland? Has either of them ever been near Inverness?
  5. I echo all that too, and also express thanks for giving us fans some great moments as a player.... The winning goal against Hearts in the 90th minute (Sept 2007) was the one I'll never forget... Best wishes for the future...
  6. What's wrong with Robbo till the end of the season, then think about a fresh start and some new blood? There just isn't time for a protracted interview/selection/appointment process at this moment. Robbo could start work tomorrow...
  7. Yeap.... Robbo till the end of the season, then advertise the post.... Birdog - I think I'm falling in love with you....
  8. Just goes to show the power of these 20 supporters Can't believe Grassa's in temporary charge... Please have a lick of sense and get Robbo in - even just till the end of the season, then advertise the post...
  9. Sadly I suspect our Ralph will disappear when CB disappears. I'll miss him...
  10. Who cares where Mark Brown finishes up... He's history now... Time to move on. We've got a superb keeper in place, and a first class back up. One thing is pretty sure.... Brown won't want to move to a Div1 club, destined for part-time football.
  11. Radio Scotland's football guru, Jim Traynor has said this morning he doesn't believe Brewster is capable of saving Caley from the drop, and that a parting of the ways is inevitable. He was obviously paying close attention to Caley100's comments on his radio phone in programme on Saturday night...
  12. The Trust holds its AGM on Thursday 22nd Jan at the Social Club.

    Brewster Poll

So make a change with 5 games left to go?
  14. So it was you that gave us the kiss of death....
  15. How true.... Sadly the same could never be said for you-know-who...
  16. Are you sure about that? Weren't discussions on the go a couple of months back regards a new contract for Brewster? If you are right about "contracts up at the end of the season", what are the board waiting for?
  17. This kind of internal squabbling plays right into the management's hands.... Give it a rest.... Please...
  18. Only after you spilt your pint all over them....
  19. Which makes you wonder how long they'd survive in Div1....
  20. Good God.... It couldn't be infectious could it?
  21. Yeah.... But he's used to that!
  22. John Robertson has an agreement with Orion, that he would be free to leave if the offer of a manager's job was to come up. I think it would make sense for him to be taken on NOW as a caretaker boss until the end of the season, then go through a proper selection process (with Robbo putting his hat in the ring) He might, just might give the players a badly needed lift that would see them scramble enough points to stay in the SPL....
  23. :thumb04: :018: ;) Just seen that comment!! Good pubs in Inverness? Castle Tavern's pretty good for food and choice of beers... Not cheap mind... but that keeps the riff-raff out.
  24. I thought Blackie was going to come into the stand..!! It's unfortunate, he's been a great servant to the club - one of the most committed players we've ever had, but it would be best for all concerned if he left now....
  25. Ditto to that.... The food and the hospitality was superb... well done the management and staff at Chambers Bar.. We will be back, but only on condition we don't have to watch another dire football match in conditions like that again.
