  1. http://www.afc-chat.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=32449&st=120 Butcher had the ICT players training every day in the winter break...Broon let the squad go off on holiday while he watched the box set of Midsomer Murders Archie gave him for Xmas while dunking custard creams and nodding off between episodes...there was only ever going to be one result today...Broon is a charlatan and a wage thief...the sooner some folk wake up to the fraudulent cu*ts behaviour the better...he's taking us for cu*ts...pure and simple Did you notice their suntans? Dubai and Egypt can be quite good at this time of year.Clark Robertson especially looked like an Oompa Loompa after a sunbed and was utter gash today Hayes has already trotted out the let fans down excuse on twitter, well maybe instead of getting yourself pissed for a week in Dubai.... Apparently "if you take the 3 goals out of it, there was nothing in it" C/O Craig Brown 5pm 19th January. Craig Brown, the Aberdeen manager, admitted that his team’s reaction to the loss of the first goal had been poor, but he argued that three goals flattered Inverness. “We have a goalie who has made one save in the game, and he has let in three goals. Every time Inverness had a goal attempt, they scored. If you analyse the possession, it was probably quite even.” MATCH STATS Possession41%59%90minsInverness Caledonian ThistleAberdeenInverness Caledonian Thistle: 59% Shots
  2. Hayes just ducking and diving, moaning and groaning, but financially better off. Today's game was critical. It would have been a disaster if we had lost leaving Terry and the team in no man's land. That said, every game is now critical especially next week and if we manage to work harder than Hearts and edge past them, Charlie Bannerman will be able to follow up with ''Against All the Odds 2012/13''.
  3. The Aberdeen match will be one of the biggest in our history regardless of who they put out. They believe they will finish second behind Celtic this season so we really need a huge effort to stop their march after the winter break. Brown has to succeed or he is out of football. They will be driven by the need not only for revenge on the 3-2 result but by the fact Ross County beat them 2-1. We will face dangerous players right up to the end of the season so Fraser's likely departure makes no difference. And...as we head into the second half, we have to figure out how not to get thumped by Motherwell again this season.
  4. They will get really angry if Cardiff get promoted from Wales to the English Premiership and tell FIFA that both Swansea and Cardiff play in a foreign land.

  6. To Fevtyke you need to take a trip to the Highlands soon to see that the quality of life is far better than the quantity of life. Terry is a gentleman who has undertaken due diligence on an option. The transplant from the Highlands was always likely to be difficult from our perspective.
  7. Terry's dog has the final word:
  8. Terry commented: "I was pleased that Caley Thistle gave me the opportunity to talk to Barnsley, who were excellent to deal with. However, the quality fish, chips and pies in Auchterarder helped me make my final decision.''
  9. What a master stroke!! Well I have four tickets for the Semi, have you got yours? Maybe Rangers will buy Barnsley and be done with it,
  10. According to Barnsley Paul Walker ‏@Walkerpw EXCLUSIVE...Terry Butcher turns down Barnsley...more to follow http://v2.barnsleyfc.org.uk/showthread.php?181678-Turned-us-down Ya beauty if true!
  11. Some fascinating stuff on here: http://v2.barnsleyfc.org.uk/showthread.php?181639-There-is-one-major-issue-with-Terry-Butcher-that-I-discovered-last-night ''Tradition again - it should surprise no one to learn that Butcher is a Tory''
  12. No announcement on Radio Scotland
  13. Maurice Malpas plea to fans
  14. We must all unite behind ICT in this hour of need .....get Brewster back!
  15. What could a manager achieve with Barnsley? They do not have the resources to get to the Premier League. They do not have a good cup record. As pointed out, their league positions are of historic struggle. The only achievements could be saving the club from relegation again, and again, or getting relegated and trying to get back up..and welcoming Michael Parkinson as an occasional guest. Magic!!
  16. Doncaster Rovers Football Club Limited is an Active business incorporated in England & Wales on 13th September 1920. Their business activity is recorded as Operation Of Sports Facilities. Doncaster Rovers Football Club Limited is run by 3 current directors and 1 company secretary. It has no share capital. It is also part of a group. The latest Annual Accounts submitted to Companies House for the year up to 31/05/2011 reported 'cash at bank' of £0, 'liabilities' worth £4,493, 'net worth' of £-1,090,754 and 'assets' worth £12,500. Doncaster Rovers Football Club Limited's Risk Score was amended on 01/03/2012. http://companycheck.co.uk/company/00170192 Fascinating to compare their wage bill with ours!! Subject to a takeover possibility will create some anxiety for a new management team. http://www.insidermedia.com/insider/yorkshire/82535-player-sales-help-barnsley-fc-score-small-profit
  17. Step back a bit. We have an unknown Scottish Reporter bored by Xmas. A no hoper going no where in his life. What does he do? 'I know I will dream up a story because there is no real news to report and cling to the tails of an institution and Manager who are successful.' Pitiful person.
  18. John Scott ran off with Gascoigne's shirt - where is he now?
  19. No it was not Graeme Bennett... but it was Scottish.
  20. Been at work but 1 Would need to look it up so will guess 5,356 2 Was it Ian Stewart? 3 Was it a friendly in which Duncan Shearer played and shortly afterwards joined ICT? 4 St Johnstone 5 Would need to look it up but will guess 121 And add a question from 'Going Ballistic' Who swapped shirts at the end with Gascoigne in the March 1996 Quarter Final game against Rangers?
  21. Did no one suggest playing the game at the Caledonian Stadium with the Dingwall fixture swapped with March?
  22. Craig Brown was characterised using Twitter. Indeed, Aberdeen were given some decent ridicule.
  23. Alex Correct in most respects like Renegade but Q1 - Celtic when Juanjo was sent off. I am not aware Mark had ever saved a penalty although a few seconds after saving it Celtic scored from the ball not being cleared. Q6 - is surprisingly 7-0 Q9 is Marius Nicolae as far as I know. He is actually scoring quite a few goals and is the only player through our books with a transfer worth in excess of £2m if things are to be believed. Q10 is quite surprising with them considering they currently have two current ex ICT goal keepers. Brewster played for both teams too. The prize is for you to produce five more questions that demonstrate how far ICT has come in its short history!
