unfortunately the lost 1-4 to Stjarman ( the team with the catching a big fish goal celebration on you tube ) and someone called Laudrup scored their 4th
  3. Chelski on pens against a German team, now thats a turn up. But why was John Terry wearing his footie strip after the game when he was banned, as he wasnt wearing it during the game!
  4. Grindavik, Keflavik, Hafnafjordur and Akranes anyone?
  5. Man U and Chelsea get up mine, just cant see why they hate Man City buying the title, as thats just what both of them have done in the past
  6. gets used for fans to watch thechamps league final when they couldnt get tickets. probably use it for the reserve and youth games.
  7. Any one heard where we are heading before the season starts. Will it be the usual Highland league friendlies or do you think their is the chance of European opposition
  8. Its hard to chose between Chelski and FC Hollywood. Dont particularly like either of them, Drogba epitomises Chelski with such talent you wonder why he resorts to so much cheating and diving. Not sure if i would want them to win, but dont really want the Germans to win either. Bayern 3 Chelsea 1

with icecream and sorbet......hmmm Had whale meat and asparagus up their last year. Was really tasty and would have again
  10. Are we all forgetting that some of the salt n sauce final could have as much vile singing as the OF. Hope Hibs can do it, but think Hearts will
  11. I know its very early, but before any of the spl clubs have a chance to finalise their squads for next season, who do you think will suprise compared to this season. I can see St Johnstone struggling, any other suggestions, and I know a few decent signing will alter our thoughts
  12. anyone see the Man City fan that had the city club badge tattooed on his arm with premier league champions 2011/2 on his arm before the qpr game. 30 seconds from the removal clinic
  13. I thought his 5 year old brother did quite well for his first time, you know its hard to concentrate and draw when your laughing
  14. Strangely I dont think Liverpool are that far away from really challenging. If they had scored half the amount of times they hit the woodwork this season they would be above Arsenal. Suarez hit the woodwork over 25 times alone, half of them go in and he is beside RVP with over 30. The non performance of Jordan Henderson and the other ex villa winger cost Kenny

I blame the merger too. We'd never have been in the spl if we were just Caley or Thistle

Lost 4-3 tonight away to Icelands biggest club, Fram Reykjavik. Were 2-0 up, and 3-1 up until they had a player sent off in second half. Bottom of league on goal difference now. Couldnt see if Gav played, but he wasnt the one sent off. Next two games at home v Stjerner and then v Selfoss, both winnable by the look of it. Ameobi scored the first tonight
  17. Stoke top would be nicer with black instead of blue. Even more if Dougal wore it.

Unbelievable, have heard that all of the older 19s have been released, apart from 1. And the one kept is the biggest suprise of the lot. Andrew Greig - released, Tom Smith - released, Jack Sutherland - released, Calum Dingwall - released, Martin Laing - signed. Liam Polworth has another year as he is 17, one I dont know about is Kyle White, maybe oddquine can help us know about Kyle.
  19. You bled for the Bruce, Now bleed for me!

Adam MacLeod was released after a season with the 19s, which was destroyed by a terrible injury, which has still bothered him for the first half of this season. Signed for Strathspey with the thought of getting fit again and putting himself in the shop window as it were. In Strathspeys wisdom, Adam was continually played in full back position on both sides, but he is an out and out striker. After two thirds of the season they realised he was better for them further forward, and started a few games, which they won, but took a few bad knocks against Forres two months ago, and has just got back to starting in the last 4 games or so. Will most likely be at a much better HL team next season, or even Elgin I would think.
  21. Has there been much snow on previous marches. Was over the hill from youse at Corrour estate today, and came home the Kinlochlaggan way. They expecting a right old dose of snow Thursday from Dalwhinnie north, hope it doesnt hinder, if the forecast is right.
  22. you forgot the Ashley Young button.......splash
  23. Dougal, wanting county to get beat when they are your closest rivals is not unusual. What Man Utd fan yesterday would have loved their closest rivals to win. Not very many, only one place in the UK where that may be a false statement - LIVERPOOL and EVERTON, as its the friendliest rivalry anywhere. Why dont you just come out of the caravan and admit you are a Jailman, as all you ever seem to do is criticize the club, the players, the management, the stadium, the fans and anyone positive about the team. You are even worse than someone against the merger a generation ago. Go on your team done well this season
  24. we 8 county, but if we are one of the teams who decide to relegate Rangers Newco to the third, we have our ready replacement in terms of gate money with the caravan men. No one else in the spl will be glad to see them, but if Rangers do go down, it will be important they stay in the spl with us, as three seasons without Rangers in the spl will be hard financially, especially when the tv money gets negotiated. Without Rangers, the money will be better divided, but whats better, 5% of £10m or 10% of £4m. Scottish football faces one of its biggest crossroads today, with the spl decision on what do do with Rangers. Punt them out and Kilmarnock, Hibs, Hearts, Dundee Utd, Dunfermline and Aberdeen are up sh1t creek. Ourselves, St J, St M, Mothers and Celtic would have to make very serious decisions about the budgets over the next 3 years. Steven Thompson at Dundee Utd has said that Rangers going down will probably cost them one million a season, so that is similar budget cuts to when we got relegated. The SPL has a major major decision to make, and if they make one for their own interests they face a backlash of the fans, wanting to boycott the games,
  25. Adebayo Akinfenwa at Northampton, and Izale McLeod at Barnet have both got decent scoring records over the years. Both could do a good job for us, and wouldnt cost the earth in wages. Worth a punt
