  1. I have seen us play worse than that. We are badly missing a defence. Draper although doing his best is honking at centre back. Devine is obviously missing the experience of having Warren or Meekings or for that matter Shinnie alongside him. We could and should have been in front before Hamilton scored. If we keep creating chances like we did at points today, goals will come. But we need to give ourselves a chance by not conceding cheap goals llike we did today. The first was a gift, ball just given away from a loose pass in a silly area. Hamilton I thought weren't good at all. Dirtiest team I've seen in a long time, thought the same last season too. Its just that without a solid defence we're just too easy to beat at the moment. Should also add that I think some of our players look totally unfit, Tansey being one of them. That's before he went off injured
  2. What I find more worrying is what has happened to us scouting players? Other than wedderburn who apparently we looked at, everyone has been brought in as trialists or who yogi thought was good 2 years ago. I thought after last seasons achievements we might just loosen the purse strings a wee bit, have a little faith and back the manager. Also maybe replace the quality we've lost with people of decent quality themselves. Sadly I'm not sure we've done that. Most clubs looks like they've maybe stretched themselves budget wise this season looking at the players that have been brought in. Perhaps due to the deal with ladbrokes giving them a little extra to play with. Sadly we don't look like one of those clubs.
  3. Sounds like abysmal stuff. Barely created a chance in 3 games. Worrying. I have heard unfortunately that it's looking like Foran has injured his knee again.
  4. Why we lost was nothing to do with the referee. We're out because we could barely create a chance over 2 games. Frustrating. I think most of us when we seen the draw were thinking that they were a pretty good team. As it turns out they were rubbish and it just feels like a missed opportunity to play a premiership team in a competitive match.
  5. I thought the crowd was excellent, then they scored. Totally against the run of play and it took the wind out of our sails. We struggled to create a chance and when we did get into good positions we wasted it often. But in saying that, they were very well organised defensively. If we can go at them again like that next week and have another weeks training under our belts we'll have a wee chance maybe, although I expect them to also be much better next week. I didn't think their time wasting was that bad and I thought their diving would be a lot worse. Have a feeling it'll be diving and rolling about all over the place on Thursday though. I also thought the referee was very good and one or two of our officials could learn off him!
  6. Latapy was out golfing at Culcabock yesterday, so would be surprised if he's left.
  7. Really good of you to organise this. Have put my name down on the link and it'll be myself plus 3. Thanks again.
  8. Sorry 'Jondon', we've just lost our captain for last season, who we have brought through since a youth player, to our rivals who football wise are scarcely better than us. Also for nothing when realistically he would have been worth what would be a significant amount of money to us, if we could have paid him a bit more to sign his new contract. So let us have a bit of a moan eh! So to say you come in peace and call us a '****** little club with about 2,000 fans' don't be surprised to get a bit of a negative reaction. Personally I wish Graeme all the best, just can't help thinking he isn't going to achieve any more at Aberdeen than he has here. Regardless how many times we're told what a big club Aberdeen are. They're not.
  9. If we're lucky, we might get a left back and a striker. Have a feeling it'll just be 1 striker though.
  10. Don't really want him to go but if he wants to go to Aberdeen then fine. He's not amazing and him and Ofere will be replaced a lot easier than Shinnie will be. On a side note, Aberdeen might as well move through and start playing in Inverness, save their players the travelling
  11. I'm 99% certain there is a football train leaving at 855 on Saturday morning (not on the timetable) It's not been advertised but as they are expecting a lot of folk for the scheduled service, its kind of like the overspill train if you like. Normal fares. I believe it's the same for the way home although I have no estimated time for that. 7 coaches. I also believe there will be a queuing system for the trains.
  12. Sorry about that super fan. Give the lad a break. He's only trying to give his opinion. Wether it's garbage or not in your opinion, no need to basically tell him off.
  13. Other than the top tier of the south stand and maybe 4 or 5 sections behind our goals, Hampden will nearly be full. Lets be honest that's not bad for a Inverness v Falkirk final.
  14. Lets be honest it looks like we've sold the north stand and nearly half the east stand, so that's brilliant regardless how regularly people come to games. Even if just 100-200 of that come to games more regular that can only be a good thing for us. Theres too much of this talk of 'glory hunters' etc, everyone has to start going to games somewhere, I know some involved with the club now who weren't even supporters 10-15 years ago. So lets give everyone a chance eh.
  15. Prices don't seem too bad at all to me. That said if it was £1,000 i'd still be going

    He's the Nigerian Peter Crouch
  17. 4 points out of 24 doesn't make for good reading. That said, that's the best league performance I've seen for a while and we should have won the game. If we play like that to the end of the season we'll be fine for third.
  18. Here celtic......once again, get it right up you
  19. Congratulations to all at Celtic. Glad you'll all be so happy to rob a young lad of what will probably be the highlight of his career. All because you've not won every trophy in one season. Selfish, embarrassing and completely classless.
  20. I don't recall them writing to the compliance officer after Neil Lennon got Juanjo sent off or when Samaras went down holding his face and got Tansey sent off. I also don't remember them coming out and apologising or admitting what they're players had done was wrong. In fact in the Tansey incident I remember Alan Thompson flying out of the dugout gesturing wildly to the 4th official about a vicious elbow. Well guess what lads, get it right up you. Isn't it great how these things even out.
  21. Awful rule anyway. Missing the biggest game in your career for getting 2 yellow cards over 5 games. A red card fair enough but the rule doesn't seem fair. I feel for Gary Warren, doesn't deserve to miss the final.
  22. In the last 3 seasons how many points have we accumulated August to December 31 and then from 1 January to end of season?
  23. Maybe we do have a chance in the Semi Final. Because if Deila is saying that he obviously hasn't had us watched in the last 2 months. Maybe we could spring a surprise with our new highly congested midfield and no forward pass tactics.
