  1. To be fair, that criticism only applies to the forward line.
  2. Only important if goal difference becomes an issue in the relagation battle at the end of the season. I, for one, would prefer to avoid that scenario altogether.
  3. I agree that the biggest problem this season is the lack of a single experienced forward player.
  4. We should certainly have taken at least five points from the games you refer to. It's very worrying that we took nothing despite taking the lead in two of them.
  5. You're right, there'es very little between the bottom eight or so teams this season
  6. The first single I recall owning is Puff The Magic Dragon.
  7. That record of not losing by more than a single goal might well noit survive beyond Saturday.
  8. To be fair, Brewster has done better this season than I thought he would although my expexctations were very low indeed. That said, I would still be inclined to replace him.
  9. The County attendance was indeed a misprint the official attendance was 10 times the figure reported. That said, our own attendances are well down this season and, unless we can fgo on at least one extended cup run, are likely to lead to a hole in our finances this financial year.
  10. McBain is maybe not having his best season so far but, in my opinion, he's far from past it.
  11. Strange isn't it how few of even the very top players are genuinely two footed ?
  12. I suspect that there might be a bit more detail to it than that.
  13. Is that not quite a common ploy these days even at the very highest level ?
  14. Much better to have an experienced striker on the field with one of them.
  15. Given that we have that option of playing McBain at left back and the option of Proctor, I wouldn't say that using our limited resourses to bring in another full back should be a priority.
  16. For the second time in less than a week, I entirely agree with IHE !
  17. As things stand, he's actually doing better than I am in Gringo's Prediction League !
  18. Motherwell are haemoraging goals this season especially away from home. I'd be inclined to go 4-3-3.
  19. The club may have been commercially naive in the past but I'm sure that they will have ensured that they will be financially protected in the event of the clause being activated.
  20. or longer depending on the extent of the damage.
  21. I tend to agree that the SPL should allow a more flexible approach so that clubs ought to be able to decide whether segragation is necessary on a match by match basis.
  22. Mind you, he was spot on this week !
  23. Any word on Barrowman's injury, is he likely to be fit for this game ?
  24. Now all that's required is for Brewster to join this growing consensus.
