ICT -V- Gretna : matchday thread
1-0 after 32 seconds. Imrie :021: Although Sky Sports has it that Gretna went 1-0 up with Imrie scoring an OG. Then corrected it to 1-0 Inverness CT with Skelton scoring an OG. Glad i'm listening to it on the radio as I could've sworn very loudly if i saw 0-1 scoreline come up, whilst drinking in the pub.

I'll take that lineup. Really hope Rory has a stormer and Black keeps his head... Very experienced bench.

Andy Barrowman
I'd love to think you are right, as I think Barrowman would be a great signing (especially for free). Alas, i'd be amazed if he wasn't snapped up by another SPL team...

Youngsters Sign 1 Year Deals
I see Wood scored for Montrose in the 1-1 Playoff last night :clapping03:

Youngsters Sign 1 Year Deals
from Teamtalk.com Midfielder Sutherland, 20, has been on loan to Elgin City since September and recently was listed among the nominees for the Scottish Football League's Third Division player of the year award. Vigurs, 19, has made just one first-team start this season for Inverness but could rival Sutherland for a midfield role next term. Striker McAllister, 20, has made six substitute appearances for Craig Brewster's side since returning from a short spell on loan with Peterhead at the start of the year. Would've liked to see 3 year deals for Sutherland and Vigurs, but hey at least it's a start!

Can't help with the radio frequency as i'm listening to it online. We're having to put in a back's to the wall performance. Scary stuff listening to this game, without seeing it :009:

Brewster's picked the team I suggested in the 'Team for Hearts game' thread. Good man :clapping03: ... so it'll be my fault if we lose :029:

Hearts -v- ICT : Matchday Thread
Looking forward to listening to the game. Nade is out apparently, so it'll be that 17 year old Gary Glen and Calum Elliot up front. Hopefully today they'll show their inexperience and in the case of Elliot, p*shness (can I say that?). My heart says ICT win, but the work prediction league (which i'm winning!) prediction says Hearts win (based on after hearing Munro hadn't trained all week). Most of my Aberdonian workmates have gone for a ICT win today strangely...

Team for Hearts
I doubt Munro will play. So Hastings will move into the center with Roy moving to left back. Duncan will replace Roy in center midfield. If Wilson is out, Cowie may move to the right with Blackie coming back into the center? But will it be a 4-4-2, or a 4-5-1? I look forward to listening to the game, hoping for three points to move the media attention back onto the pitch.

SC Semi Final
The free QOTS poster from the News of the World has pride of place in my classroom at the Bridge of Don Academy, with an notice saying it will not be taken down until ICT beat Aberdeen. Could be up for a while :023:

Going to enjoy Monday at work in the Granite City :021:

ICT reserves beat Rangers
No it's not. I got all excited and Sky +'d it to watch later... and have now seen that it is Rangers U19 v. Dundee Utd U19 :020: I shall keep an eye out for it though. Would've thought Rangers don't show their Reserve team losses??

I'd gladly take 3 points over a coupon win, but I have a funny feeling my wallet will be bulging :020:

Terrible weather you say? *Off to the bookies to put money on a 0-0 draw halftime with 0-0 draw full time* :023:

Dale Gillespie and Jamie Duff sign new deals
Just in case anyone missed North Tonight, it was mentioned that Dale and Jamie both signed new 2 year deals :021: I've been impressed in the pre-season matches by them both, so hope they'll get a game before the end of the season. I particularly liked the distribution and confidence of Dale, and hope he'll fill the void if Duncan moves on.

Players For Next Season
Exactly my thoughts. I'd love the likes of Dale Gillespie and Ian Vigurs to get a chance to show there are other players who could take over his position.

WHO'S GOING TO CELTIC GAME ?
I've got a mate from Elgin crashing over at mine, because he's going to that gig. Thought about going along, but I think it's sold out... and i've seen them about three times over the last 2 years and never been that impressed. Always been annoyed at their claim in that song: "we have a wealth of new ideas", when every song they play is similar. At least Tunnels has no phone reception, so you won't get the updates of going down 3-0 in 3 minutes :020:

WHO'S GOING TO CELTIC GAME ?
I'll be watching the Hearts v. Rangers game on Setanta at home. Hopefully they'll show the goals as and when they come in at Celtic Park, like they did on sunday with Rangers v. Gretna and Killie v. Aberdeen games. Actually I hope they don't show any goals, as i'd definitely take a 0-0 draw!!!

Hearts broke my coupon and leapfrogged us. What a rubbish day :019:
