I've sat through many thrashings and dismal performances over the years, but yesterday was the first time in my life that I have left a game before the final whistle.

That was the best ?21 I've spent in a long time, I'm so glad I went. We played great football, keeping it on the deck whenever possible. The back line was so organised, inspiring confidence in the rest of the team to show some flair and creativity with the ball. And special mention to our hosts, who anticipated a larger than usual away support for such a vital game and made sure there were enough sections set out for us. And to the stewards, who kindly showed everyone to their seat and asked if there was anything else they could do to make us feel more welcome.

I think OKS is the club he started out with before Hibs snapped up the exciting prospect. Since he left they seem to have decended rapidly to the Polish 3rd or 4th flight, a regional league, which may explain why he doesn't look particularly happy. Do you still get Stomil tyres? I happened to be at Tannadice when he scored 3 fantastic strikes. Commentators were suggesting it was the best hatrick they'd ever seen, it certainly was for me.

If we get Brazil then 5thStand may be onto something. The imbalance is because Hibs and Motherwell are in the "wrong" half of the league, but I'm not sure how they sort it. Presumably they have to look at the other 5 teams in the bottom half and see who has too many home games.

BBC commentators on Saturday were saying that he would miss the next league game if we went out of the cup. But sometimes they don't interpret the rules correctly.

Hard to see past Henrik Larsson. But just how many did he put past us? There's also Gazza & co from the Cup in 1995(ish?). Was Laudrup in that team? You can also add in a load of players who history will show were great players, but not when they played against us eg Ian Wright, Mark Viduka. Did we ever face Moravcik or Hartson? I'm also struggling to remember if Dundee All Stars had any of their big names players at the time we faced them in the semi at Hampden.
