  1. Saintee, can we have Caff and Sheerin back? We'd also take Savo and Jackson off your hands amongst others. Oh, and you might as well throw in the manager. In return you can get Brewster, McGuire and a Scotland U21 international. Fair swap?
  2. Quote from the site : "so if you're an aspiring model, please get in touch." I like your style.
  3. We would have to make up the shortfall, or agree a suitable pay off with him.
  4. Very interesting, but there's no indication where the story came from, not even a "club insider". It's a day where they struggle to fill their sport pages.
  5. Don't mean to be overly critical, but your site really needs some pics of ghosts and paranormal stuff if you want to be taken seriously.
  6. Cool pics Mantis. However I can't seem to find one of Brewster leaving TCS with his stuff in a bin bag. One to work on. Oh, and if ever you need a nude model.......
  7. Aren't those Brewster's tactical instructions? Well, 2008 has been our worst ever year on the pitch, so 2009 can't be any worse. Can it? Let's hope it's a good one for all of us.
  8. Ooh this is getting interesting. Can someone webcast the meeting?! Well done to the Trust for turning up the heat.
  9. Munro says the players have underperformed and have to take some of the blame, which is riteenuff. Perhaps more significant is what he doesn't say, ie anything positive or supportive about the manager. http://www.setanta.com/uk/Articles/Footbal...ans/gnid-33280/ ?As players we have to take responsibility ? maybe we need to take a look at ourselves,? Munro told the Press and Journal. ?Maybe some of the boys are not doing their jobs properly. ?We have to take a look at ourselves in the mirror and ask if we are doing our job and a lot of boys are not. It is down to us. ?The fans can shout whatever they want; they pay their money and understandably can say what they want. ?They can vent their anger on us as well; it is not just the management team. ?The manager puts the team on the park but we are not producing and it is not good enough for Inverness overall.? The Highlanders have only won one of their last seven matches, and Munro admits that it is hurting the team. ?The longer you keep losing games the confidence is not there,? he explained. ?There is a bit of panic at the moment as we don?t want to be at the bottom of the league. ?We just have to keep believing and working hard as a team and individually we have to do a lot better. "
  10. Is that the guy who brought a 50-something Socrates to Garforth?! Anyway, he sounds like a skills coach more than a team manager. I take it nobody in the lower English leagues or Conference has moved for him?
  11. With half the gate receipts going to Partick anyway, it would be a way of making a point without hurting the club too much financially. Trouble is, we all want to see ICT do well in the cup, and the likelihood of a low ticket price will attract people.
  12. Getting back to the experienced striker problem, I wonder if we will make our almost annual enquiry about Darren Mackie?
  13. Pressley talking in the press today says he has an attractive offer to play in Switzerland and offers from England.
  14. In the NFL Detroit Lions have just ended the season with a new record, Played 16 Lost 16.
  15. Cheers Barry, my all time favourite ICT player. PS Can we keep this thread about Barry, there are plenty of others to discuss Brewster etc.
  16. I don't think many people outside of the Boardroom would disagree with you.

    Rooney

People have seen a bit of him now, so what's the verdict, good signing? The stats look pretty respectable. He is our top scorer, with 5 goals in the SPL from 7 starts and 10 sub appearances.
  18. When Proc was played in defence at Dundee Utd (again under Brewster) he was a liability, costing them goals every week. Of course Levein took over and dropped him immediately.
  19. Yep, the most recent Scottish Cup runners up. Quite a surprising list I thought, with no OF, Hearts, Hibs or Dons. And we weren't far from being there ourselves a couple of times, back in happier days.
  20. Saw this in a paper and it took me ages. Which team comes next? Dundee Dunfermline Dundee Utd Gretna Dunfermline If you know it please don't post the answer for a while.
  21. As the saying goes, a dog isn't just for christmas - there should be some left for at least Boxing Day.
  22. Has Brew moved in favour of the more experienced players recently? Duff and Vigurs have been overlooked.
  23. It's Scotland under Berti all over again. Someone remind our Board how fortunes improved dramatically with a change of manager.
  24. Missed it, what was your point? (other than the obvious Brew out!!)
  25. It might have been considered cruel to sack someone just before Christmas, but Christmas is well and truly over now.
